Great food, operated by great people! If you’re reading this stop now and head on over to get some amazing authentic Vietnamese food. I was visiting from California craving a Bahn Mi and this place more than satisfied. They offer a variety of Bahn Mi’s along with other great entrees. Plus they have pastries! Everything is made fresh in house and when you taste the food you’ll notice the freshness. The owners/operators are friendly and have pride in their work. Support this fantastic local spot! You will not regret it.

Best Bahn Mi I’ve found in the greater Seattle area! Always fresh, packed with meat, and absolutely delicious. We order from here at least once a week! We’ve done delivery, take out and dine in and they never disappoint! Staff are always friendly and welcoming, love supporting this family business. Side note, I LOVE how they cut the sandwiches diagonally too lol!

LOVE supporting family-owned businesses like these. Very busy, but they were upfront about the wait (which was totally worth it) and super kind. I got the crispy pork belly banh mi (pictured) and beef steak pho, both of which were just AMAZING- tasted so fresh, bright, and was super flavorful and hot. The people with me also got Vietnamese coffee, which was also delicious. Highly recommend coming here!!

I really liked the tofu sandwich. I got the stir fry vegetarian one which had stir fry veggies along with the regular bahn mi veggies. I want to try the other tofu sandwich next time. There is a separate vegetarian menu which made it easy to find options. My non-vegetarian friend had the pho bac. He said it was really good. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely go here again.

Their banh mi chao and rice & beef dishes were absolutely amazing!! On top of that, the staff were some of the nicest folks and they run their small restaurant with such love and care. Totally will come dine here again the next time we visit Edmonds!

I came in with a couple of my friends on a week day because of the positive reviews and pictures of authentic looking Vietnamese food. We all lived in different areas and we were on our way through Lynnwood so I did my research and wanted to try out this place and suggested it to my friends. This is not our usual stomping ground.
Most of the items I was interested in were weekend items only but luckily the bún bò Huế was on the regular menu and for good reasons!
Soooo good and my family is from the area back in the motherland so I am genuine when I say it’s good! They ran out of one of the meat cuts for the noodle soup and the friendly staff informed me and said they will double up on the other cuts for me which I really appreciated. Some places just ignore, don’t address or act like it’s actually supposed to be like that but this place was legit and honest about their offerings which is noted.
My friends ordered different versions of vermicelli bowls which they thoroughly enjoyed and that’s saying something because they were non-Asian Americans.
It was a weekday during a lunch hour. There wasn’t like a ton of people there but there were a lot of to go and pick up orders so they do get a steady stream of business for sure because their food is good. The ambiance isn’t anything to write home about because it’s just a standard shop with bánh mì sandwiches, drinks and some Vietnamese food but it was very clean! I really just care about good food and if the place is clean.
As we got up to leave the possible owners were there to greet us which was so nice to see a small business is possibly being run by a family. It’s comforting to see friendly faces and I like knowing that I was supporting a small family business if they are.

Interior decor is nice, could use better lighting and there are many tables for the space. Although busy staff were attentive and food was prepared promptly. Started with fresh rolls which had a fried skin inside (nice texture contrast). Hubby tried their pork chop plate which was the special. He was not a fan of how sweet it was, I agreed that it could use more salt and aromatics (fish sauce and lemongrass for ex). I got the BBH which I requested spicy, they were forth coming and notified me that they were out of pork blood. The broth could have used more salt and funk but overall had a good savory umami. There was a fair amount of tender meat and Vietnamese ham with not many noodles (which I prefer).

Now I know why this place rating is exceptional. It’s because their food is exceptional! I had special coldcut combo banh mi which is probably the best in the US. Their bun bo hue is so delicious too! And the staff is super friendly and helpful!

This place really is THAT girl… The banh mi sandwiches are so good (the bread is light and crisp; the meat is so flavorful and tender) and the Vietnamese coffee is so amazing and powerful…
They have fresh pastries that are baked in-house every day (and the selection is so good) and really delicious drinks! We got the chicken and the grilled pork banh mi and both were amazing. I preferred the pork banh mi!. The Vietnamese coffee was really, really good too – it was strong and also had a really good roasted aftertaste. 10/10 would recommend!
The parking lot is a bit small/tight though, so plan ahead for tight parking!
The staff members there are also really kind and sweet – I can’t wait to come back!

We found this gem recently, and we keep coming back to try more dishes! So far, we have loved everything, especially the Coconut Coffee, sandwiches, Pho, and hot dishes that you can only get dining in.
