I really enjoyed the visit to this restaurant. The staff was super nice and friendly. We were seated quickly and received our drinks just as fast. Restaurant on my visit was clean. Food came out quickly and accurate. Server came by very often. Food had great flavor. I will visit this restaurant again when I visit Tampa.

Weird day here today. Rise is always my go-to food stop when I stay at The Hard Rock Casino Seminole Tampa. On this day, there was no line yet I had a wait. When I was sat, I was not acknowledged for 5 minutes, even though it was not busy at all. My server decided to then rush me and have an attitude the whole time. I could not even get a refill of water until she brought me the bill, then became fake “happy”.
If you’re like me, after gambling for awhile, you want to go to a safe palce to decompress before you go an do it all over again, sort of like a zen spot before going abck to battle. This is what Rise has always been to me, but not on this day. So, after eating my all-time favorite Thanksgiving ALL DAY meal (pics attached), I went to the pool and my room to try to decompress, instead of back to the roulette wheel- which is opposite of what the casino wants you to do.
I would still highly recommend Rise, the menu is very diverse and the decour is extremely favorable. Check out the coffee mug wall for some selfies up front.

Clean, convenient quiet get away from the loud Casino great steak and egg special available 24 hours, actually tender and flavorful, great hashbrowns, good choices, and desserts check out the specials I like the chili Fritos pie. Sade was a great server. The food came out a little inconsistent and off temperatures but they try their best. I will return. It’s good food.

We order takeout from here for both lunch and dinner and took it to our room and ate.For lunch we shared a Cali Club Sandwich and fries that was absolutely delicious and dinner my husband had a bacon cheeseburger with fries (not pictured)and I had the Thanksgiving turkey dinner that absolutely amazing!
Lindsey was behind the bar working also taking takeout orders and for dinner it was Antonio. Whatever the 2 of them are making I asure it can’t be enough,they are very efficient,hard working and very friendly human beings and a great asset to the Tampa Hardrock Casino Family. Compliments to the cooks as well as the whole rise team which seems to be working like a well oiled machine thanks to them all!

We lined up right around 7AM to dine-in for breakfast and coffee. The ambiance is welcoming, nice decor and big comfortable booths. Great variety of items on the menu. Our server was prompt and speedy. You can use Unity points to pay which is also great.
The food was quite impressive – everything was fresh, flavorful and the portions seemed fair enough compared to the price. I wanted to order a Cappuccino but unfortunately the machine was down so I opted for regular coffee. I will definitely try again next time as well as some other items that sounded appealing on the menu.
– Stuffed French Toast: this was not what I expected it to be. Stuffed to me means something a little different than how it was served. I also was not a big fan of the blueberry cream cheese. Nice crunch to the outer layer with Frosted Flakes.
– Fresh Seasonal Fruit: serving is definitely big enough for 2-3 people to share. The fruit was cold and fresh, granola and greek yogurt were delicious.
– The Classic Breakfast: everything was delicious and what a huge serving! I love the little jar of preserves that comes with the toast.

This review is mainly about the Hostess Cheri. Cherish has always greeted us with the biggest smile and friendliness. She presents as someone who really loves her job and appreciates the customers. It’s such a pleasure seeing her when we walk in. Her service is fast and professional. Even if it’s super busy, she manages to find us a table so we can eat and get back on the floor. Thank you Cheri! Btw, love the Thanksgiving dinner any day of the week, delicious.

We had the best meal and service at The Rise on Christmas morning. It was around 9:30 and they were starting to get busy but we only waited 10 minutes for a table. I was impressed by all the staff however our server Allanna was exceptional. My dietary needs can be difficult however she took the time to make suggestions that were perfect. She was super sweet, kind attentive and on point. Watching how they all worked as a team was refreshing and some of the other restaurants at the casino could really take a few notes from them, especially the pool side bar and grill. Joe the manager, was leading by example. Running food and drinks to keep the flow going. The food was delicious and we will definitely make this our go to restaurant when we are down. Thanks again for the great start to our Christmas Day!

The food is excellent and service is good. Our only complaint is the wait. They have the strangest seating strategy. Regardless of player status, everyone stands in line and waits, even though tables are empty and they seem to be fully staffed. Then, they suddenly seat several people at once, instead of seating people as the arrive. Not fans of this process. And, they know it is an issue because they always apologize for the wait.
All that said, try any of the excellent breakfast options. The steak and eggs and the biscuits and gravy are fantastic. The chicken noodle soup is good, grilled cheese is great, and the Thanksgiving meal is really good.
