This place is busy. But don’t let that scare you. The service is fast and there is constant turnover. It’s really great.

Very good food. The omelets are nice. We never had fried oysters before. They are nice. We also ordered a breakfast bowl. It is a really hearty food.

Very nice hole in the wall/mom and pop diner. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was pretty good! Stays packed. 7 will walk out, 8-10 walks in. Says a great deal about this place. Had their peach n pecan pancakes… Surprisingly delicious. I’m a waffle man… will order again!!

Over all a great place for breakfast if looking in Ashland. We drove in, about 40 min and it was well worth the drive. I had the cowboy hash and my son had chicken and waffles. The coffee cup was alway full and the waitress was able to answer every question we had.

We were visiting the area for the weekend and Google recommended rise and shine. I was amazed at the food and the service and we went back for a second time while we were there. Great food, quick service, polite service and just a hometown feel.

This is a great little local diner, located in a strip mall. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty and the coffee and biscuits were good. We had a nice family breakfast just before noon, and it was a good experience.

Nice diner that I frequently visit in the Atlee area. Service is always stellar all the servers in the building have been there and move in and out so quick but still make time to speak to everyone. Our family really enjoys seeing China the waitress pictured below. She is always so nice and no matter what the day has a great attitude and makes us feel welcome. Food is good diner food nothing fancy but very satisfying. Large portions and we always leave full. Favorite dishes are the bennies and the corn beef and hash omelette. Coffee cup stays full they are very attentive and are always stopping by to refill. Place is always happening full of locals and on the weekends its packed. They do offer pick up which we have done some weekend mornings.

Good food at a good price. The grits could have been better (warmer, cooked longer, softer), and the pancakes were over cooked.

Spending a night of glamping with my 8 year old granddaughter makes me hungry. Waking up starving at 5:00 am with loud growls from my stomach prodded me to find a place to eat nearby. At that point any restaurant would suffice. Checked Google Maps and found this gem of a breakfast eatery not too far off I-95. As a pescatarian I found either salmon cakes or salted herring an interesting dish to try. Being a bit adventurous I tried their salted herring with scrambled eggs, hash browns and biscuit. It was GRRREATTT! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was perfect to wake me up and satiated my empty stomach. Will definitely come back again when we are passing by on our way to DC.
