How did I not know this place existed?!?!! I swear I think this used to the an Applebee’s because it’s set up the exact same way. I walked in the door and was acknowledged almost immediately. It was a little before 10am, they weren’t busy at all, maybe 4 or 5 tables were occupied. It’s decorated for Christmas (which made it even better ) and classic rock playing in the background but not so loud that you can’t focus on other things. I ordered the French Toast Combo. Came out super fast and was *chefs kiss*perfect* . Nothing was burnt or overcooked. All the staff appeared clean, well put together, and were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick, relaxed breakfast place that isn’t overcrowded or “touristy”. 10 stars from me!!

My mom and I came here to try it out! Food looked absolutely beautiful, and the server was friendly and attentive with our drinks! Mom said the sausage could have a little more flavor to it but otherwise our breakfast was legendary.

Before leaving Charleston. Me and 2ic wanted to get some breakfast so we decided to go here. It wasn’t too far from our location. When we pulled up we saw it was packed. Always a good sign..we didbt have a wait at all . We were seated immediately.. the service was decent. We got our drinks fast and order was taken and food brought all in a timely manner. The process were very reasonable.. the food was decent. I cant say it was mouth watering good. But decent none the least. Ans that’s onky because I’ve been to so many restaurants.. its hard to truly blow me away. . But it was decent. Throw in the service and prices I give this spot a reccomendaion.. ans they had a decent menu.. a good amount of choices.

This was my first time eating here and the food was delicious! I’m mad at myself for not taking pictures, but I had the Strawberry Banana Pancakes with eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Everything was hot and fresh, it was soooo good. Our server was very kind and patient. I will definitely be back!

Very humble place here. Seating and decor seems very outdated and honestly the benches are in dire need of a face lift. There are stains all over them. That being said this place was very steady and patrons kept trickling in. I think because the prices are extremely reasonable. The food was good, not great, but definitely good. Service was very nice and friendly. I can’t say that I will be going back I ordered the birria chilaquiles the birria was overcooked and dry and the green sauce on the chilaquiles was very thin and watery and seemed to only taste of vinegar and tomatillo. A daft touch and some cooking with some love could really turn this place into a gem. Great place to grab a bite on a budget.

I go here every Tuesday or Thursday, and the experience is always amazing. The food is good, the servers are pleasant people to be around, and all-in-all it’s a great place to just kick back and eat. My personal favorites are the breakfast sandwich, the cinnamon apple pancakes, and the french toast (hence the repetitive pictures.) I

Breakfast was amazing and so good! This is a huge must try place. Pancakes are light and fluffy. French toast was cooked perfectly. Coffee is bitter and strong. The sweet tea was delicious. The staff are friendly and hard working.
