Great drinks, great vibes, beautiful pool over looking Pensacola Beach. They have a lazy river you can float down and they do provide the floats. You have to get the coconut cup as a souvenir. As you can see, it’s everything!

Located at the Holiday Inn resort hotel, it was very convenient and the food is delicious. We had the nachos with beef and a fiesta burger. The serving sizes were bigger than we expected, and we struggled with finishing what we ordered.

Just had a FABULOUS meal! Love the property, staff, amenities. Our special dinner was perfect! Shout out to server Jasmine and chefs Devin and Ed. Our steak was cooked to perfection. The potatoes were delicious and the asparagus oh, so good! Thank for for another memorable experience at one of our favorite properties!
Next morning-just had a delicious breakfast. Brandon greeted us and we heard from several servers “you came at the right time!” The restaurant had been full to capacity just shortly before we arrived. One of our Diamond Elite perks is a free menu breakfast and there are so many options it’s hard to choose! Would recommend anything that appeals to your taste buds!
Huge shout out to the awesome staff this morning led by GM Jimmy. His staff calls him a rock star! When things were hectic this morning he was right in the midst helping wherever he could! The servers, bartender and cooks work so well together and give a top star guest experience. Thank you Heidi, Blake R, Nancy, Cathy, Chad, Liz and Ton!

What a great dinner we had! I am GF and they have a gf bun that I had with the best BLT!!! My husband had a hamburger that looked delicious plus happy hour half price Bushwhackers! Yummm! Thanks Jordyn for the great service!

Be wary. Let’s be honest either you’ve been drinking or you are staying at the hotel, otherwise you would go somewhere better. The menu plays on the consumer not paying attention to the small details. So the souvenir drinks our 23ish dollars because the menu subtly says +10. Drinks are standard fare and so is the service.

Good breakfast buffet. It had lots of breakfast options including cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, eggs, bacon sausage, and biscuits. The staff was attentive it was crowded but the food was steady. Would have like to see it included in the resort fee but it didn’t take away from eating on-site.
They have a TV at each booth which is cool but the volume stays low, which is great, my 10 year old niece was with me, she enjoyed the subtitles.

Resort bar, excuse me Holiday Inn resort bar. Service was hit and miss. Some staff were excellent, others seemed oblivious. Food was decent, but try to venture out as much as possible. My favorites were the sliders, the hoagie bread was great. There are breakfast and dinner sliders. The happy hour prices make drinks reasonably priced, otherwise expect some higher prices.

Extremely gross food and manipulative service. We just wanted a quick appetizer and the waitress recommended the nachos and then when we said we will have those, she asked us what protein we want on it and listed meats.. we chose beef. The nachos were $15 which seemed steep for an appetizer but due to her recommendation we went with them anyway.. they tasted worse than a school cafeteria but we dealt with it. She comes back with the check and it was $25 because the meat was an $8 up charge! We never even asked for meat on it until she said “what protein do you want on it” as if it comes with it. She did this purposely to get a higher tip, knowing that we came in wanting just a small appetizer. She also continued to try to get us to order a soft drink when we just wanted water. Awful experience NEVER will eat their food again nor would I ever even want the breakfast there even when staying at the hotel. Save yourself the waste of money and avoid this food at all costs.

Worst food I have had in a while and the price was insulting for the quality of the food. We got the patty melt and the loaded tots. The tots were not bad but the patty melt was just frozen burger patty’s that tasted horrible. We did not even finish our meals. I would have rather had a McDonald’s burger or just about any other burger from a fast food chain. The patty melt was $16 and the fries were not great either. The service was not bad, she was able to give my wife some grilled chicken instead of the patty melt but to my “surprise” the grilled chicken also was just some bland frozen chicken you get at the grocery store from the freezer section.
