Shout out to RipTide for an awesome event! We rented their dining room for a party and it was spectacular! Food and drinks were great, rate was reasonable and staff were amazing! If you are looking for a place to rent for a party or just a great place for dinner, I highly recommend!

Was visiting Plum Island Beach and stopped for dinner. They are open late but the kitchen closes earlier. Luckily we got there 20 min before the kitchen closed because we were starving. Food was excellent. Best on the island. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the live music too.

A close friend of mine and i went to plum island beach and were looking for a place to eat and had found this place online & when i tell you it was delicious, everything was amazing. We started off with some nachos which were so warm and crunchy and even after eating our entrees we still kept chipping away at the nachos. I got fried shrimp and truffle fries which also was 10/10, and to top it off our server was super sweet. If you’re looking for a place to eat after a beach day, this is where to go!!

I went with my entire family (10 people) and no one left unsatisfied. The only things better than the casual and relaxed atmosphere is the amazing food on the menu. We were able to try every part of the menu; the fried calamari, steak tips, fish and chips, rip burger, spicy chicken sandwich, and rhythm chopped salad. Everyone was passing plates around because no one could decide what the best dish was. A great spot for locals to come and have a night out and a must stop for tourists looking for a quick bite near the beach. Couldn’t recommend this place high enough, will definitely be coming back!

We got the nachos and they were fantastic! The bean and corn mix that they call “rip caviar” was delicious and we could have just eaten it with a spoon.
I got a double Rip Burger with bacon and was not disappointed! I’m usually a rare burger guy and smash burgers aren’t really my thing but this burger was worth it!
The fries were thin, crispy and well seasoned!
The waitress was very friendly and attentive.
We will definitely be back soon!

Coming here off-season was a blessing! The place had mostly locals in attendance, and there was an air of familiarity between both customers and the waitstaff. Our server was so friendly and knew the exact balance between chit-chat and privacy. There was excellent 80s dance music playing, and the food was fried to perfection. Drinks are strong and worth the price tag! Excellent experience all-around 🙂

We recently booked Riptide for my 60th Birthday Bash and it was absolute perfection!! Working with manager Ben was so easy – he listened to all of our quirky wishes and made them come true! From decorating the entire establishment inside and out, accommodating our hours, serving delicious food that the guests raved about, concocting unforgettable specialty drinks, to ensuring that no guest was ever without food, drink, or fun by the awesome waitstaff. I thank every server, bartender, and the management for contributing to my very “uniquely me” memorable night. I highly recommend that if you are considering renting out an establishment for an event, look no further than Riptide!!
P.S. One last thoughtful detail is that Ben gave me flowers and a card signed by the entire staff before my guests arrived bringing a tear to my eye.

Went to Riptide on Sunday evening early, it was hopping with a band and lots of dancing and good energy. We sat to eat and I ordered half of a Truffle Pizza. It was the best pizza , i know everyone has their own favorite pizza. Riptide is mine now. Can’t wait to take the family to try a few pizzas . Also had Fish and Chips and it was fresh and fries were great. Great drinks and great friendly service

I wish my friend and I had enough words for this poached lobster, steak, shallot, and fresh chimichurri pizza. Emphasis on FRESH. It is one of the most laid back atmospheres with high end feeling food. What a wonderful add to the list from a local for a go to spot!

Overall so impressed with the food and service! The seared tuna and fish & chips were incredible. Great new addition to the island.
Atmosphere: It would be amazing if there were umbrellas outside.
Sauces: Some perfecting may need to happen on the sides/sauces. The asian noodles were a bit overly sauced / thick and the coleslaw could use some serious love.
