We received great service and tasty pizza, ice cream, and beer when we stopped by after tree cutting. We were hungry and the food arrived quickly and hot! It is great that they have local beer on tap and many options to customize the pizza. The gluten-free pizza was great as well. The ice cream was picture perfect and tasted great. It had been a while since I had soft serve and it reminded me why I enjoy that style.

My husband and I stopped in after a hike nearby and loved this place! Both the owners were in and were very friendly, kind, and answered a bunch of my husbands questions about business.
On top of the environment they’ve created, the food was great! The pizza was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were high quality.
But the real show stopper was the ice cream! We had salted caramel and chocolate custard and it was SO smooth, rich and creamy— some of the best soft serve I’ve had!
Going home full and happy. Will definitely be back!

What a hidden gem! Kevin runs a great shop. We had great pizzas (we ordered 6 different specialty pizzas). They were perfectly baked and served hot. Over 50 years enjoying pizza and these rank with the best ever! Also, we had a great choice of draft beers and mixed drinks too. Only a couple of us had room for ice cream and were the lucky ones. For me, the strawberry and pina colada twist was an awesome finish to a great afternoon. You should get there as soon as you can!

Enjoyed seeing the CW can, only to discover they served ice cream and pizza (and they had a bar). We went for the soft serve ice cream. The service was very friendly, despite the technical issues. The pancake ice cream was delicious, too (maple.flavored).

So I don’t drop Man five star reviews. I often see room for improvement. I have worked in hospitality for a long time. The service was polite and attentive. The pizza (just cheese) was outstanding. Honestly one of the best in Colorado. And stands tall with some of the best in the US. Good job ripple. Keep it up.

Definitely worth the stop at Ripples. The adult milkshake was dangerously good . The stuffed garlic knots were delicious, and we ordered the Hawaiian pizza—crispy, thin crust with a great sauce. Everything was just all-around solid.

Local here… we finally got around to trying the pizza. Its fantastic. I lived in Manhattan for 3 years. This is every bit as good as anything I had in the big city. Nice addition to town.

I like this style pizza, my husband doesn’t so I guess it depends on how you like it. I do wish there was more sauce and that it was the bigger slices of pepperoni and that they had normal bacon as a topping, but it still tasted great to me. I’ll ask for that next time. I was sad that there wasn’t any soft serve ice cream available but they did have pints and ice cream sandwiches and such to go.

We have dined in at Ripple twice now and loved it both times. The owner and staff are welcoming and attentive and the owners do a lot of work giving back to our community. My husband is from Chicago and I am from New York and we are both huge pizza lovers and we loved the speciality pizzas we tried at ripple. The garlic cheese bombs, milkshakes, and soft serves are also great and it’s so nice to sit on the patio when the weather is nice. The Grateful Dead tunes in the background were an extra bonus. We will be regulars, thank you Ripple!!
