Ripple and Rose is truly one of the best things about Taylor. Jessie and Betsy are incredible humans who genuinely care about every single person who walks through their doors. They’ve created something special. The atmosphere is welcoming and it spreads to everyone who spends time there.
The shop itself is the kind of place you could sit in for hours and still notice something new every time you visit. Anytime I have family or friends in town, this is where I bring them. Anytime I have a free day or need a place to study, this is where I come. Ripple and Rose feels like a second home, and Taylor is better because it exists.

Made a random stop here and was very impressed with the fresh food & coffee. The honey bee latte was amazing, the tacos & toast was phenomenal. Made with fresh ingredients & full of flavor.

This place is so great. Food was incredible, owner was whimsically charming, the space is SO cool. My daughter and I hung out for a good hour this morning eating, playing cards, and drawing. Such a cool spot and the matcha was on point

I stop here on every bike ride. Consistently good espresso and lattes, solid pastries, and quick service. Easy in-and-out pit stop for cyclists. They even did some bike art during one stop, which was a nice touch. Reliable spot and worth the stop every time.

Ummm wow. My very first time in Taylor and aside from the town itself, this coffee shop was equally charming. Despite the dated architecture, this place is extremely unassuming from the outside. The inside was bright, warm and colorful, just like the owner ☺️
I ordered a dirty chai latte hot, loved it.
Ordered the cauliflower tacos which were gluten allergy friendly and serrrrrr super good
When I’m Taylor I will for sure be stopping by, this time to drink and dine in (bc this place is def. supportive of a good working and socializing environment).

Walking around the town of Taylor, Texas we found this super cute shop absorbed in beautiful shapes and colors. As we looked inside through the window the owner greeted us outside and invited us in for a tour. Well decorated & creative, they sell coffees and fun smoothie shakes as well as sandwiches, pastries and salads. A must stop, though my wife and I did not partake because we had already eaten. We did buy a tee shirt from them. Next time in Taylor we will have our lunch there for sure.

My mom and I visited Ripple & Rose in Taylor, TX, and we’re so glad we did. We went with the staff’s suggestions—she had the omelette, which was absolutely delicious with avocado, microgreens, and a super fresh green salsa. I had the egg sando, and it came out hot, fresh, and just as tasty.
The owner took our order and chatted with us for a while—genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m always looking for a good place to drink good coffee in a relaxed environment to do some writing and people watching, finally made my way into the Ripple and Rose this morning and was not disappointed. This cafe supports creative loitering with a tasty bottomless cup of drip java for a reasonable price. They cooked up a special-order omelet with ham and a salsa verde sauce that was lick-the-plate good. And they topped it off with a great flat white coffee with a milk smiley face. The decor is colorful, hip, with quirky art and Asian textiles festooning the rafters–and a gallery of macabre vampire-alien artwork for sale. The vibe and decor and friendly staff mix with some soft folk-rock music in the background. The only improvement would be an American flag on the wall. I highly recommend the cozy feeling you will get when you come in the door. The atmosphere sparked the muse while I was there. Bring your notepad and dive in.
