We had such a lovely experience at Ripper & Co Southsea! Our servers were Elle and Naahz – mainly Elle – and she was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly and attentive, she really made our visit feel special.
The cocktails were amazing – each one had real pazaz and was beautifully made. For food, we had the chicken Kiev and the blue cheese burger, both of which were delicious and really filling.
We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team surprised us with a cute pink shot to celebrate – such a thoughtful touch!
Would 100% recommend Ripper & Co for great food, drinks, and genuinely lovely service. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely awesome, I can not recommend enough. From the moment we entered the restaurant staff were friendly funny and accommodating. Especially the wonderful waitress Naz. She made the night. Food was AMAZING. The atmosphere is fun and down to earth. Definitely worth a visit for those horror and foodie buffs. Will certainly be returning in the very near future. Worth the money, worth the travel and worth the experience.

Attending Ripper & Co’s Case File Thursdays was one of the best experiences I have experienced. The horror atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic for any horror fan. They played electro swing music which was very fitting. The staff were excellent, The waitress was polite and friendly, The manager was fantastic and a great laugh, As was the barman. The food was delicious (I went with a flat iron steak), The drinks were film inspired and delicious (especially the ghost busters one and make sure you get it sour). The case files are all predetermined before you arrive, So if you get a tough one then its just bad luck. Luckily, Our group and I think every group that night managed to complete our cases. 50% off our bill was a great incentive. Then who can say no to 2 for 1 cocktails at 9:30. Honestly, I had a great time with my friends that were visiting Portsmouth. If you want a good meal, Great drink, Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. I recommend 10/10.

The BEST night out I have had in a very long time! I don’t think I’ve ever had a night out like this. What was originally meant to be a casual work night out became a wild and enthralling experience in every way. Special thanks to our wonderful hosts that night; Eleanor and Remi, and Charlie our masterful mixologist, who kept our whole party cheering all evening. I cannot recommend this marvellous place enough for horror fans!

Went for the bottomless brunch and had an amazing time. Food and drink were outstanding and Naz and Charlie were truly a credit to the business. Drinks appeared out of nowhere before the other ones had finished and we were constantly checked on without being overbearing. Will absolutely go back again, often!!

We went for Bottomless Brunch. Food was lush and freshly cooked. Drinks were great. They just kept them coming. We worked our way through the cocktail menu alongside a bottle of Prosecco.
The staff were really bubbly and friendly.

First experience here for bottomless brunch. Food was fantastic. You choose 3 dishes from the menu and there are 7 cocktails from the list and i cant fault any.

We came from London, to Southampton for a football tournament – making a pit stop on our way home.
I’d seen Ripper & Co on socials and followed their posts, so it was a MUST since we were down that way – It definitely lived up to my expectations
Charlie & Naz are a great team, interested in how we had spent our day and guiding us around the restaurant and menu. They were fab with my two boys, making them special celebratory mocktails! It was the perfect touch and the icing on the cake!
After a tough food choice, we had a stunning Sunday roast, which was to die for aswell as a few cheeky cocktails.
The boys had tacos and uncle festers picky bits which they demolished and loved!
Honestly the decor and the food and drinks menu was spot on.
Great for those who love horror or great for those who just want to try something different (I promise, it’s not all scary during the day)
I’m planning on making a visit towards spooky season or Christmas, hopefully for a themed night.

The food and service was amazing. We were served by a lady, I didn’t get her name, but she was working yesterday (29/05) when we came in at 5pm. She was so lovely and upbeat and I hope she can get some recognition from this. We had the salmon fillet and the beef burger, it was all cooked perfectly! We done the case file night and it was so much fun, however the music was a bit too loud to concentrate fully but was still enjoyable nonetheless. The cocktails were also amazing!

What an amazing night, I’ve forgotten the name of the young lady who served us, she was amazing! Also, the manager (I think) has been brilliant, from start to finish, he was so kind in helping me organise a Xmas work do for a group of 10, and managed to get us in for the fright brunch outside the usual hours!
The food was amazing the cocktails were delicious and we never had an empty glass! What a refreshing change from previous BB!
