Waitress was so rude, blamed cook for the food, ordered pretzel bites and the cheese isn’t even melt, still shredded. When we asked the waitress why it took almost an hour for the pretzel bites, she replied, “wanna talk to the cook”. Been here an hour and still waiting for the pizza, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Especially when a certain waitress is working. I will be nice and not mention her name. So if you eat here, good luck with your service and hopefully there is a cook even working. Pretzel bites took 1 hour and 1 minute to come out. This place is really bad. 0 stars if there was an option.

I’m staying at the hotel and wanted a good meal. The sign said seat yourself, so I did. I sat there for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. They would just look at me and walk past. I ended up leaving. Highly disappointed.

Went in evening had spinach artichoke dip and prime rib French dip food was great loved the updated bar / atmosphere. Staff was great amazing food will definitely go again when I come back

Drink and Cheesecake for my birthday were okay. The young waitress could definitely use some more training on customer service and maybe not rolling her eyes when a customer asks her politely what she meant by something. This is a hotel bar, most likely, the patrons are tired and sore from travel. If I could give the service 0 stars, I would.
