Tucked away like a delightful secret, this place is an absolute gem for ice cream and frozen treats. After walking out of Walmart craving something sweet, I noticed the glowing lights ahead, almost as if I was being gently called in by heavenly dessert vibes. On a cold Thursday evening, a sweet treat was exactly what I needed, and this spot delivered.
The young lady behind the counter was incredibly kind and welcoming, patiently explaining all the options and letting me know that funnel cakes were available only in the weekend. I went with a mango–strawberry double scoop, and every bite was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
I couldn’t resist returning that weekend. I’m so glad I did with the kiddos. The funnel cake and fried Oreos were everything. Fresh, warm, and sprinkled with just the right amount of powdered sugar and pure indulgence. The young man with the dreadlocks kindly took my order, and the owner even stopped by; his New York (or maybe upstate) accent added a touch of personality and warmth to the experience.
The shop itself is clean, refreshed, and inviting. No long lines, no rush; just a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Prices are affordable, the service is friendly, and it’s a perfect spot for families or anyone looking to treat themselves.
Whether you’re escaping the Georgia summer heat or enjoying a cozy dessert on a winter night, I highly encourage you to stop in and enjoy. You won’t regret it. ❄️
The menu offers a wide variety of options—from ice cream to flavored ice and an impressive array of toppings. I decided on sour patch and strawberry lemonade flavored ice, along with praline pecan ice cream topped with caramel and Oreos. Everything was delicious, and the customer service was fantastic. I took a while browsing the menu because of all the options, and both the associate and the owner were really helpful in suggesting different choices.
The atmosphere itself isn’t particularly remarkable—there are just a few tables and a lot of open space. I think the space could benefit from adding a few more tables and finding a way to make the experience stand out beyond the traditional scoop-in-a-cup concept.
That said, this place has a lot of potential. The quality of the ice cream and flavored ice is excellent, and if they can find a way to differentiate themselves from other spots, they could really thrive. I would definitely come back to try more options, though I’m not sure how soon that will be, given that they haven’t fully set themselves apart yet.
