Best smoked barbecue in Cameron County. Brisket is always served to order, moist or lean. Wednesday is baked potato with brisket special. Delicious. Trash can burger and pulled pork plate is always good. I get the Cowboy beans as a side. You won’t be sorry. They offer soft drinks and iced tea to drink. Be sure to get some meat for take out.

The most amazing ribs! Seriously, maybe the very best ribs I’ve ever had. Perfect smoke, perfectly tender, awesome bark and flavor. The sides were also good, but I’ll be going back for the ribs. Hard to beat the pricing too. If you are anywhere close, it’s well worth the drive. But even if you are a hundred miles away, it’s still worth the drive! Closed on the weekends. Eat BBQ I’ve had in the US. Had the ribs and trash burger. Buns toasted in butter with seasoned brisket. Each bite had lots of flavor.
We had the nachos and were so delicious. Tried the smoked beans and had meat in them. I recommend coming to this place and it’s worth the drive. Located out in nowhere.
