Came here after a successful book signing. Emma was our waitress and was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She made sure our chips and salsa, as well as our drinks, were full and had such a great personality.
The food was even better than the service. I had the steak street tacos and couldn’t have been happier. The ratio of steak, cilantro, and onions was perfect.
The tortillas were delicious, the chips and salsa were perfection. We will be back and I want to thank everyone there for making our celebration even better.

I went to Rio this past Saturday and the service/food was incredible! Even with how busy they are they were super efficient, kind and provided excellent service. The chips and salsa are better than anywhere I’ve had before. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Even the atmosphere can brighten my day.

Absolutely the WORST dinner experience ever. Sat at bar for 10 minutes without being greeted. No drinks. Tried several times to get their attention. It was NOT extremely busy. New guests to our left & right served chips/salsa & drinks. My PBR draft came out fruity, said the lines might be mixed up. Got a Coors instead. Finally food came out….no plate or silverware for 5-10 minutes, but that’s ok because my fajitas came out so cold the cheese didn’t melt. Said ok…picked at food & ordered an after dinner manhattan….came out pink in a martini glass I am the calmest person & grew up in the restaurant business. They better get their team together because at 6-6:30p dinner hour needs a lot of improvement with their staff.

I have ordered from this restaurant a few times and today has been the worse experience. My order was a quesadilla fajita….but instead I received a quesadilla with only shredded chicken and cheese instead. I stated my order clearly on the phone. I do not realize my order was incorrect until I made it back to work. So I have to drive back here in a snow storm, and the waiter had an attitude. I was not offered an apology or anything for the inconvenience, nor a follow up when leaving to ensure my order was correct this time. Then the waiter hands me my order and says “here you go” and drops it down and walked away. WOW That will definitely be the last visit.

I really enjoyed my meal at Rio on Main on Tuesday. I had the carnita tacos and my brother had some green enchiladas. Really loved the amount of food the plates came with and even had some left overs. Only thing I wish I had more of is the green taco salsa a 2 ounce isn’t enough
The service was a 5/5 we got sat quickly after arriving and our waitress got us our chips and salsa upon getting seated. We ordered a guacamole and queso dip appetizer and it was really good and fresh
Our waitress was always checking in on us and getting our refills and making sure we were set.The food runner also made sure we had everything, he was really nice towards us and even cracked a couple of funny jokes and made us feel comfortable and welcome
Definitely really recommend and will be back soon.
