We’re on our vacation and I’m looking for Mexican restaurants in the area and this restaurant was near to our motel so I ordered for pick up despite of bad reviews. I was surprised because the foods are pretty good and tasty. Decent price. I ordered steak with shrimp I forgot the specific name but it was so good.

We were very excited when we got there, because everything seemed very authentic and the menu items looked and seemed good. The food didn’t disappoint, but the drinks were a big letdown. Especially the margaritas, which we felt should have been a given considering that it’s a Mexican restaurant. We also felt that service was sub par. They didn’t seem to be interested in paying us much attention, didn’t check in on us, took forever to bring us the check, took forever to collect our payment. One of the women in my party is vegetarian, and asked for a replacement in her meal, the waitress said it should be fine, but she was still served beef. It was pretty busy when we got there, so we attributed the lack of service to that. But the place got pretty empty like 25 minutes after our arrival, so that justification sort of became invalid.

Went here while visiting one of best places in town though there are not many. Have eaten many many mexi places and this was pretty awesome and legit. Good quality food. Staff was nice. Clean. Huge selection and quick! Will def be back here when visiting and recommend this to anyone.

A good experience. We had the spicy flautas, soft tacos, and a medium margarita. The flautas were good. The spicy sauce was very good, the soft tacos were totally adequate, and the medium margarita was actually quite large. We’d be happyto go there again.

Impressed by the quality and variety of food here!!! Was exactly what we were looking for, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had the bean and cheese nachos, and both got burritos. tons of food, great prices, and we will be back!!

We have dined here several times over the past few years. We usually always enjoy the food. However the service is hit or miss. Sometimes service is great and other times it isn’t so good at all. The servers like to sit around and talk and eat. I have waited tables so I understand a break and mealtime but when our drinks have not been refilled and our chip basket is empty, that is a problem. We weren’t checked on from the time we gave our order until the food came out from the kitchen. The queso wasn’t as good this past time that we dined here, as it has been in the past. The salsa bar was good and I like that they pre-cup the salsa so it’s just grab and go.

While staying in Burnsville, NC a friend recommended this local gem. The food was fresh and the flavor was just right. The Chicken Flautas I ordered were amazing. The shredded chicken was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. My husband had an Enchilada plate, one chicken, one beef, one cheese and one ground beef. He raved about them.

My wife and I would probably rate the restaurant higher as the food was very good and the serving size was excellent. They have a great menu but they do put a lot of cheese on the chimichangas. I had the Chipotle Chicken Burrito and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken chimichangas and they were very good, moist and tender, but they were smothered in cheese – which most people would appreciate!

Me and my girlfriend went here during our stay in Burnsville because we couldn’t find anywhere else close by to suit her dietary restrictions. We got to pick our own table which is a nice change of pace and were greeted shortly after with chips and dip so we wouldn’t need to order appetizers. The gentleman that took our order, I wish I had asked for his name, was very kind and we were genuinely amazed at the speed at which we got our orders. We sat ate and left all within half an hour I swear. Very greet service and amazing food. 5/5 10/10 100%
