Decent enough Mexican place. The atmosphere isn’t too bad, definitely Mexican themed with a splash of Texas. It’s not a traditional restaurant, you order at the counter and pay and then they bring it out to you. Their margaritas are decent enough and the Utica club is cold. Their chips and salsa are also pretty good, and it’s all you can eat, you just gotta grab them for yourself.

we were so pleased with the whole experience front to back! easy to work with and delicious meal!

Don’t know what to order? Try anything. The entire menu is delicious. Seating is fairly limited so plan ahead if you need to wait for a seat. Take-out is also a great option. Homemade chips and salsa could be an entire meal. Monster burrito is GIANT.

My husband and I get the grilled chicken tacos from Rio Grande Tex-Mex nearly every Tuesday night—and they never disappoint. We always order them double-decker style: crunchy on the inside, soft on the outside. So simple, so good. The salsa is fantastic, and we could honestly snack on their chips all day long. And the cherry on top? We get to take margaritas to go! The vibe is always welcoming, the staff is super friendly (even when it’s packed), and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend this spot—it’s a staple in our weekly routine.
