It just gets worse and worse here. If I could rate lower, I would. We stopped dining-in here as the service has become more and more terrible over the last 2 years. We finally decided to try a to-go order to avoid the dining room issue and save time, and this time, over half of our order is wrong this time. 3 meals… not even close to what we ordered. The simple order was even repeated back to me when ordered. Don’t waste your time here or waste your money like I have.

Food is just okay not bad but nothing to brag about. Overpriced to be meh food. Also have your lady’s wear a hair net. Had to throw my to go meal out after finding a long dark curly hair that definitely was not mine.

Rio Grande has long been our go-to for good Mexican food and fast friendly service. Tonight was such a disappointment. . I fear perhaps a Management change. Only the bartender was someone I recognized… after failing to order drinks through 2 different waiters, I went to him and he took care of us. Our order was about 70% correct and came before the queso and guacamole. Some items never came. I’ll try them again for old time’s sake, but if this is the new normal, we’ll drive over to battlefield.
