If you’re looking to drink and have a good time, this is the place! It’s pretty loud at night though.
If you’re looking to eat a delicious meal, this is NOT the place!
The inside of my chicken enchiladas were cold but the plate was super hot! I also ordered mozzarella sticks and they weren’t thoroughly cooked! The cheese inside was cold!
Our server however was great! He was attentive and had a good attitude.

This place was definitely not what I expected when we walked in. Once we got in and sat down, it took the waitress a min to come to the table. I can see why when they sat us all the way in the back where there was nobody else. I’d miss us too!! She finally came and took our order. But it kept taking her forever to come around. It was like she disappeared. She was definitely not very attentive.
The atmosphere was like a place where they had karaoke but for mexicans/tehanos. You can eat and there’s a bar. They have a HUGE screen at the bar that was showing soccer. It was a live vibe for sure. As far as the food. All I can say is it was average. We paid 65 bucks and that was including the tip. If that tells you anything. It was new for us but not for us. We won’t be returning.

The food was delicious & was served quickly. After 5 minutes order was brought to our table. We always like the Parrillada mixed chicken beef shimp & sausage for 2. It’s not only enough for 2 but for 3 of us.
We will come back.

5/7/24 – Went back. Karaoke seems to be every night. Had the same meal I had last time, still really good.
The same issue with their drinks, barely any alcohol. We asked for shots but got something else instead of being told not available.
I may go back for their fried tilapia but not their drinks.

Food is really good. We had the whole tilapia with bread and whole red snapper with flour tortilla.
Mango magaraita, little to no alcohol added 2 more shots, was informed they use house tequila. Also has beerita both not on the menu.
And yes like other reviews, the waitress do not speak English but friendly. Wasn’t a problem, Google some things to say what I wanted.

I should have guessed when I got there.
It’s dinner time on Wednesday evening, say 7 pm. Two giant sports car type TV’s, and a local 4 man band – roving mariache musicians – playing old school Mexicano ballads to a mid-life romantic couple at the bar.
6 people total, in this vast joint, and only two were at the restaurant.
I decided on the “Carne Asada with Nopsles [grilled cactus] for $19.50.
Boy, that was a mistake .
The steak turned out to be thinner than UPS cardboard, and just as tasteless. Really.
Not much bigger, flattened, as a McDonald’s McRibs (that’s where I should have gone ).
Sides, truth be told were actually pretty good – guacamole, extra charge tomatillo green sauce, beans, chips, but not the nopales themselves.
Just not a $25 dinner. Maybe $2.50.
Avoid this low-rent joint. Gato por libre.

The owner of this restaurant was on TV saying that somebody did a fake video of him feeding ice agents. He also stated on the news that if he did that it would be bad for his business. Are you telling me that ice agents are not humans and cannot eat anywhere in any restaurant because you think it’s bad for your business isn’t that discrimination? I guess I’m not a client either even though I’m not Ice agent and I am Latino. Now everybody that believes in ice agents needs to Not go to the restaurant because people will talk bad about you then

A digital menú with updated prices and food needs to be added, thought Valet was just for special days, but apparently not, definitely not needed, please do not come here if you don’t like to hear Banda or anybody doing karaoke it will overpower conversations
The Food was good, the chips were mediocre, by far the best Flautas and Nachos

Came here based on a friend’s recommendation. I ordered the jalapeño poppers and tacos. I ordered tacos a la carte of pollo, fajita, borracho, and pastor. I was then told that the chef would not allow me to order a la carte. I wanted to try the tacos so I was forced to order TWO of the Pollo, fajita, and pastor. I wasn’t even able to try the tacos borrachos of chorizo with habanero salsa. When the jalapeño poppers came out, they were frozen snacks I could buy from Dollar General. The tacos were okay, a little dry. Not happy at all with my first experience.
