The over all experience was satisfactory. It started getting busy, rush time, and yet the orders with all 11 of us were on point. Food came out great! The Salsa and Chips, the Salsa is on the hotter end which is perfect for me! Large menu with many items to choose from. Plenty of parking. From events that they may host or bands they may host, may not be for everyone so as far as the food goes, I will speak on just that experience alone.

Worst service I’ve ever had, waitress messed up our order and brought us a drink that we did not order, charged us for it even though it was her mistake ($30 drink)and gave herself an 18% tip without asking us at all and we were a party of 4. Honestly I don’t why this place has 4stars it’s awful from food quality to service.
I called to make a complaint because I realized that the Molcajete had chorizo on the bottom of it , it was dry and sloppy not to mention the rice was hard, old, tasteless and also the beans have “pork”. I told the waitress that I am allergic to pork. I asked her if she could bring me another Molcajete without Chorizo? she did! But charged me for 2 that we didn’t even eat because we were already displeased with the service and her attitude. I didn’t have time for all that! I asked for the check and left!! I called the manager and she told me she couldn’t nothing about it. OK…fine!
Now I understand why lack good service

The bill is ridiculously high for drinks that are sub par. The bill was over 500 dollars for just a few drinks and a parrilla for 4 people. Then they kept wanting us to leave when we had just coughed up half a grand. When we looked at the bill they tipped themselves 40 plus dollars on each card we used so over 80 plus dollars when we were not a big party. Just 4 of us. And still had the audacity to ask for an additional tip as if they hadn’t just given themselves one, It’s total robbery. First and last time. The food lacked seasoning and the drinks were just ok.

Absolutely pissed rn. We go for one of my uncles birthdays to celebrate with him before he goes back to Mexico. We had to personally stand up to go get the servers to take our orders. But the main part is that they FORCEFULLY TRY TO HAVE YOU TIP! they tried to do a 17 dollar tip AND THEN when we fixed it I told them cash first and they just done card! And then pocketed the cash. AND STILL CHARCGE A 15 DOLLAR TIP. and now 2 days later I’m getting fully charged again with caused my balance to go into the negatives. I’m broke too my boyfriend paid for it. But there is no reason for that absolutely no reason. This place is a scam and personally taught me I should check the lower star reviews cause this is just wrong. Absolutely wrong. Not to mention they also did this to a disabled women.

I’ve never left a review for a restaurant until today. Noticed my bill was higher than usual and noticed a 18% tip added for four people. I don’t mind tipping at all but when you automatically add a 18% tip and the waiter has the audacity to ask me how much more am I tipping him because the tip added on the receipt is not for him but for the people in the back who cook and for the bar!!! Like what???? I’ve never heard of anything like this. If I had a big party i understand the added tip. I literally shared a meal with my husband so in all we only bought 3 meals. People check your receipt!! No signs anywhere posted about the automatic tip added.

Me and my family always come here, haven’t been in months and today we went and just like the last reviews they had the audacity to put their tip themselves. $27 tip when the waiter wasn’t even checking up on us. We had to ask for refills. Even put our wings last minute because they took long to come out. Which I had to remind him for. Don’t mind tipping but that should be decided on their service that is giving by them.
