There was a girl.he was taking care of main counter. She was so much rude . I went there like as a dasher. I have to pick up one order there. They told me that they do not have strawberry. So I text to customer. But they told me you have to call the customer. Which I did. When I try to handover to them who told me. They can not talk and dasher have to verify what they have to make. Which I did . When I told them, they told me you have to send the photos of menu and make sure that what customers wants. So bad experience there like as dasher . Staff was not helpful and cooperative even she behaves so rude from starting

First time coming here, was suggested by another. And can I just say they did NOT disappoint! It was so good! Plan to make a trip back to try the other things on the menu. Got a bowl for my 6 year old who also loved it.

My girlfriend and I love this place!!! It may be a bit high in price so, definitely sign up for the rewards and get a free Rio bowl on occasion. No matter what this place and their employees do exceptional. It is always fresh, and they take the time to make it look appealing. Friendly staff and cleanliness is always on point inside the place.

Always fresh and satisfying. Customer service is top notch. They have a rewards program or a “V.I.P club” available that allows you access to different discounts and promotions. Personally i love the spicy poke bowl.

Loved the environment here! Super friendly staff (counter and kitchen). Menu was easy to go through and no fuss. We ordered the The Hawaiian which is the non-spicy choice. Ahi Tuna was very good and carried the whole meal. I loved that it wasn’t overpowered by any sauce. I did wish they diced up the onions more, bc there were a whole lot of onions, but that’s personal preference. Had a little spicy mayo on the side. Overall, great experience!

Been coming here since before COVID I believe so & have genuinely never disappointed with their açaí bowls ! It’s awesome coming back & seeing how much more PRETTYY it looks inside & serving Peet’s coffee now too! Staff is pretty limited usually so they do take a minute to get orders finished but hey that’s completely ok by me! 😀

It’s a must visit in Fresno if you like acai… I’ve tried several acqis at other places this one gots a really nice consistency. They also serve ice coffee’s and poke bowls. They remodeled and it looks wonderful too

THEY NO LONGER HAVE PLANT PROTEIN. I really thought this would become my go-to when I am at the makers space. This place is no longer an option for me. They have reduced their selection and therefore reduced the clients that can access their menu. THEY ARE NO LONGER ALLERGY FRIENDLY.
