First and last time I’ll be here. I walked in, walked to the counter and asked if I could see a menu to order some food. The older woman who I assume is the manager/owner instantly greeted me in a rude manner and rolled her eyes as if asking for a menu was an inconvenience. I ended up ordering a hot Italian sub sandwich. She told me to take a seat and she’ll bring it over to me when it’s ready.
She brought it to me in a carry out container (which is not a problem to me) then proceeded to get upset that I was planning on eating it there. She told me next time I come there to sit down and have a waitress come over so they can receive tips off the order. I would have no problem doing so had she asked if it was to go or dine in or if there was a sign near the door that says “seat yourself” and my common sense would tell me that a waitress would be taking my order. Which I also would obviously tip.
I open my container and the first thing I see on top of my sandwich is a giant onion root. This might’ve been the soggiest sandwich I’ve ever had from the excessive amount of dressing/mayo. The bottom was literally mush/falling apart as soon as I picked it up. I was only able to eat about 60% of the sandwich because it was impossible to hold.
This place was recommended to me so I never looked at the reviews. After visiting I looked at other reviews and photos… as an Italian myself this is a disgrace to Italian food.
I won’t speak negatively on the servers as I didn’t have one however seeing them with the other guests, they seemed to be very friendly with them and eager to help. Hopefully that manager isn’t as rude to them as she is with the guests.

I am shocked! I have never had an issue with my food until tonight! The fries had a weird taste to them, and as I was about to eat some more, and I seen this blue thing in my fries! I have no idea what it is, but it ruined my dinner! I don’t think, I will eat here again. It only takes one time for me.

There are few decent places to eat in Butner and Creedmoor beyond fast food. This is a nice little locally-owned Italian restaurant that strives to make customers happy. They succeed more often than not. My experiences have all been good ones. The service is friendly, the dishes made fresh and flavorful, the price is right, and they check to make sure you are satisfied. They deserve our support and patronage. Good place for travelers as well. Two thumbs up!

Went for lunch with a group of 7. Restaurant had about 20 customers, 1 waitress and 1 or 2 cooks. They were very overwhelmed getting the orders out and unorganized in delivering food, drinks and utensils to table. Took about 40 minutes to receive all of our plates. The last plate to come out was a salad with grilled chicken. My pizza was even served before my salad. Also noticed a man got his spaghetti and had to wait several minutes before his wife got her plate. Seems would be better for the chef:cook to prepare the whole table together so that all plates go out at once.

Had the calzone which was made well. You can taste the freshness of the sauces. Also the cheese pull on it was awesome. Service was good and very attentive.

From pasta to pizza, the flavors are often described as rich, authentic, and comforting. I especially love their pasta dishes, such as lasagna and fettuccine alfredo, which are often considered some of the best in the area. In addition to that, that have some good wings too (mango habanero, Jamaican jerk, mild).

I was dining with a large party and I was the first to order but the last one to get my food. And I just ordered a chicken ceasar salad! The food was really good though and they did give me discount. Thanks!

Great atmosphere for a small town. Service was amazing, Amber definitely makes the dining experience memorable. The food was cooked with attention to detail and flavor. Would love for them to have more variety of vegan options that don’t have tomato sauce.

This was my second experience at Rino’s and they did not disappoint. We got a large Margherita pizza and a Medium Create your own Mushroom and Onion pizza. The mushroom and onion was my favorite! The cheese is so good and the toppings were fresh. The crust was perfect and a great price. It’s so nice to have some fresh food in the area!

The food here is absolutely amazing. Very tasty. If you are looking for great quality Italian food then this is the place to go to. Prices are reasonable and they also offer daily specials. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and comfortable. Nice fresh clean bathrooms.
You will receive great customer service from all of the workers in this establishment. The size of your menu dishes can be really huge. Just might need a doggy bag. They are not shy about putting food on your plate.
I am a huge fan of a great tasting Pizza and this place will not disappoint you. I must admit that purchasing a whole Pizza pie taste so much better than the single Pizza slices. But it’s great to be able to purchase a single Pizza slice if you are not wanting a whole Pizza pie. The chef salad is at the top of the line on presentation, taste, and freshness. Very impress with how nice the chef salad was made.
