Had never gone there for brunch, nor tried the dessert. Were not disappointed at all! Burgers for my picky eater’s are always the best in town! Including the fries! This is the only restaurant I love trying new foods every time I go. Very impressed every single time Not forgetting to mention how amazing the staff is Definitely our favorite family friendly go to place!

This place was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. The Doc Holiday Burger was the best burger I’ve had in a very long time, if not the best I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, Esme was great in taking care of us. The hospitality was on another level, Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we were treared like family. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town.

I got the special of the day for Sunday which is a chicken quarter leg with cream corn and there beans and a side of brisket jalapeño poppers. Chicken was not the same rub like in 2020 or 2021 ( sorry about the date ), they should bring back that rub the cream corn was good and beans ok. The BBQ sauce changed as well from the years prior.

Ringo’s really impressed us. The place has a solid, welcoming vibe, and the staff clearly care about what they’re doing. The owner even came over to let us know the baked potato wasn’t as fresh as usual and offered us a small sample first. That kind of honesty is rare.
He also hooked us up with two brisket jalapeño poppers for the trouble — and they were insanely good. The service was on point, everyone was friendly, and the food was great across the board.
If you want good BBQ with people who actually take pride in their work, Ringo’s is the spot. We’ll definitely be back.

Craving a great tasting smoked BBQ brisket, this restaurant will hit the spot with a nice cold Big Red. Macaroni is a must try. The burger buns were soft & had a great taste. Service was good & location was clean. Give this mom and pop restaurant a try, you won’t regret it.

Came in from San Antonio to play baseball and after the game the team went to Ringos. The place was empty and they quickly started to accommodate our large group by putting tables together. We had three people serving us. Service was excellent. Good pricing for BBQ and not overly priced. The kids got cheeseburgers with French fries and everything was fresh and crisp. I tried the grilled cheese sandwich with brisket and sausage and it was delicious! If you’re in the area or passing through stop by and try it. Well worth it and so happy we were able to stop in and help this business!

Had not been to ringo’s for years . I loved the food it was amazing . This passed visit left alot to be desired. Arrived on a sunday at 5pm with my family . To start off they was 3 soda un available… we placed our order fpr brisket and was told they only had lean . We went along and said lean is fine . Waitress comes back later and tells us they are out of cream corn now .. ok so we get Potato salad. The food arrives and the portions of meat are slim and not to mention dry looking . I cut in to the brisket and i was super dry . The macaroni was cold and the potatoes salad was flavor less not even salt helped …we said nothing and ate what we could and took the rest home … very hard to believe the food was so bad . Inconsistencies is what keep the people away . I hope Rigo’s setup there game to what i was it was in the pass i want to see them around so please get things back in order . Thanks

No pictures of the food because it was gone too fast. LOVED the taste, but the value was even better. Best Barbecue I’ve had in laredo.
We had the Dino ribs, the brisket, and some sides with a pulled pork sandwich. The buns on the sandwich are a huge win for their sandwiches!!!
The service is EXCELLENT and I can’t understand how passionate the people there are about Barbecue.
Must try! Especially if you’re disappointed with other Barbecue in Laredo.

I can’t say enough good things about Ringo’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, cozy, and full of good vibes. You can tell right away that the staff truly care about their customers — it’s not just great food here, it’s genuine hospitality.
A perfect example of that was when the owner personally came to let us know that the baked potato we ordered might not be as fresh as usual. Instead of just serving it anyway, he went above and beyond — he offered us a small cut to try first, just to make sure we were happy with it. That level of honesty and care is something you rarely see anymore, and it really stood out to us.
And if that wasn’t enough, for the small inconvenience, he surprised us with two brisket jalapeño poppers — and wow, they were absolutely delicious! Perfectly smoky, cheesy, and packed with flavor. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just another sign of how much they value their guests.
The service overall was excellent — everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. You can feel the pride they take in what they do. The food was amazing across the board, and the whole experience left us smiling from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a place with not only incredible BBQ but also top-notch service and a great atmosphere, Ringo’s is the spot. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again — highly, highly recommend!

I wouldn’t be surprised if this south Texas hidden gem came out in Texas up and coming bbq joints. Definitely worthy of Texas top 100 bbq places. The restaurant feels like home with amazing customer service and NO WAIT TIMES, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that changes because it is so good and great prices.
