Always a friendly spot to get authentic Mexican food. It’s quick, a 5 minute walk from the house, and the food.. Portions are large! Flavor is great too, and when you tell them to make something spicy.
Been here probably 25 times and it is consistent, fresh, great quality food that usually ends up being 3 meals with the size. 🙂
WAY better than that Savannah chain we won’t mention.
Edit – Did dinner with Mom for Valentines and it was perfect as always! Food was tasty and gigantic portions, staff were friendly (got to practice some Spanish), and we had a great view watching the Olympics 🙂

Came here for the first time with my homegirl. Let me start by saying the food and drinks were GOOD. No complaints there at all.
Now… mid-bite, mid-conversation, mid-vibes the lights suddenly went off. No warning. No explanation. Just darkness like we were in a surprise scene of a reality show. It looked like something was being filmed, which is cool and all, but as paying customers it would’ve been nice to get a heads up instead of sitting there wondering if we forgot to pay the electric bill.
Nobody acknowledged it afterward either, which made it feel a little awkward and unorganized. A simple “Hey y’all, we’re filming real quick” would’ve gone a long way.
The food? 10/10. The unexpected blackout experience? 2/10. Communication would definitely elevate the overall vibe.
Also hoping all guests receive the same level of consideration and communication.

Darling place with wonderful staff. I don’t speak good Spanish so it was great to learn some phrases in Spanish from the staff. They were super patient and nice.
The food was delicious and super authentic. Great for a lunch or dinner experience. The service was super timely and the atmosphere was on point. Thank you!!

This is authentic Mexican food and it amazing but the prices are steep hence the 4 stars. We will definitely go back but it will be a special occasion only type place due to high prices. The staff is great and we’re so friendly. The decor is so neat with engraved mirrors and scorched wood. Really enjoyed this place.

I love this place and after reading the reviews of others I made due l sure I checked my bill. It was jacked up but they fixed it. It had a auto charge for parties of 5 or something on it.
Just review your bill. Inspect what you expect.
Food was great! The things that look like ketchup and mustard are in fact hot sauces. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. If you don’t speak Spanish I’m sure somebody will be happy to translate.

So if you follow my food journey, I don’t sugar coat based on others reviews. I love Mexican food. Especially a good Chimachanga or Quesadilla. Decided to go for the first. Never had a bad one, until today. Why would you burn my food an still bag it up for me? All the other food passing by looked great, but not my to-go order. Is it because it was to-go & you figured I wouldn’t say anything? Well, we are foodies. It was our first time here and I’ve heard great things. I guess it’s not always good when all you had to do was start over. It was dry, burnt, just ugh. Normally I would come right back with plate, but I’m tired and I don’t want to ask Isaac to bring me back(he will say I’m picky). I’m not. I want my food prepared properly. I’ve had this meal from elsewhere plenty of times an this was burnt an not it. Isaac’s shrimp Alfredo he said was ok. I would expect a little more authentic flavors added to it. I would also rather have chips an salsa instead of sliced, buttered bread. The rice was delicious, I give you that. Don’t know if I will return. A picture says a thousand words, so I take them.

Ordered takeout and the total was almost double the price of what the menu says online. Got home and realize they gave us no chips for the dip we ordered at all and no salsa. Also upcharged us for sides of rice that were not ordered. The food is great but the service is just shit.

Very good authentic Mexican restaurant. Salsa and salsa are AMAZING. Pretty dead around 3pm when I went. The decor could definitely use some work and I wish the salad that came with my fajitas included guacamole. Other than that service was nice and food was great.
