Excellent service. Delicious food. Great atmosphere. My husband asked for a Sopon Marinero and he says it was the best he’s ever had. My Ropa Vieja was delicious as well. Priced well. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return and refer friends.

I loved it! The food was excellent. There was a waitress named Rosanna, and she was amazing. I usually don’t know what to order, but she gave me some great suggestions about what to try. It felt like she really understood me . I left feeling very happy and will definitely go back!

AVOID Terrible quality food. While the prices are reasonable, the food is truly not worth it. Orange juice $6 a glass and tastes watered down. Toast is dry and cracker-like with hardly any butter. Scrambled eggs are served with cheese not melted. Hash browns taste like oil. Empanadas come coated in debris from dirty fryer oil. Tequeños have hardly any cheese inside. Bacon unevenly cooked (partly raw partly burned). Pancakes are bad too and they came out 15 min later than our other plates.

Had a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically Cuban; everything tasted homemade with great seasoning. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re craving good Cuban food and warm hospitality!

Cuban toast is now half the size it was before and the eggs are smaller, you now get 2 small sausages instead of 3, less fries, and the cuban coffee is now mostly water. Finally prices are higher. Perfect way to sink what was once a great place to have a good breakfast for a good price. After 15 years not coming again. Sad

If I could give a zero for service I would, and it’s not that they are disrespectful or rude but they have ZERO organization to take care of customers, place wasn’t even packed but they took literally forever to take my order and when there was only a person in front of me, and person before me couldn’t even make her order because associate could figure out how to mark the order on their system.
Atrocious service experience, not mentioning that had no tables with customers inside and this was only a pick up order!

I’ve been to El Rinconcito many times. The food has always been delicious and the service great. Wendy, Gaby, Rosanna, Idy and Holy have always treated me like family. Make sure you order a cafecito, its the best.
