RINCONCITO HISPANO: A Culinary Gem for Authentic Mexican …
Reviews
Service: Every time we go in there, we’re greeted with a smile! All of the employees are really friendly, patient, and helpful. They do their best to explain something on the menu if you’re not fluent in Spanish/don’t know what something is or consists of. They’re very quick and efficient.
Ambiance: A quaint, quiet store/restaurant full of delicious options and amazing smells. It’s kept clean and tidy with medium noise pollution: there’s typically a TV playing in the dining area or music playing throughout the space. The seating is cozy; more for 2-4 people at a table/booth, as opposed to large parties.
My girlfriend, a VERY picky eater, ordered a side of sopaipillas and said that they were by far the best she’s ever had. They were fluffy and crispy, perfectly sweet, and “just super yummy”.
I also ordered a pupusa with a filling of chorizo, bean, and cheese. It was very delicious, the crust of the dough was crispy with a nice char, and the dough itself was very fluffy and smooth. It went great with their salsa selection and some lime. Everything was washed down with a delicious, cold, and cheap can of Arizona tea. Overall really excellent eating experience.
The service was also awesome. The owner, greeted us almost immediately and was very polite. One notable moment was him showing me the free salsa selection they have, and explaining the flavors, after bringing out my order of the pupusa.
The store itself is also really authentic, and their selection of baked goods is great. Truly a really awesome place and I recommend everyone come check it out if you’re reading this!

Been back and tried more offerings
The baria tacos awesome! Sopapias are great
They had my partner waiting for 30 MINUTES for a pick up order this evening. They were rude, and also blamed him for not saying he ordered from Uber Eats (they assumed Door Dash?). They were not even apologetic for how long they made us wait.
I’ve also had FREQUENT issues with ordering, since I have a mild allergy, and they constantly ignore my requests. My partner has to check our food before leaving bc they have messed it up so many times.
Really love this place but I will be only ordering in person from now own. Really wish they weren’t so rude.
This shop is still in construction but that shouldn’t stop you from visiting this restaurant. Although we have not bought anything from the shop section, they have a shop section worth exploring. If you love Mexican food at a very affordable price, give it a shot.
PS, we have requested to include Tres leches cake too.
