I wrote a review previously but I believe this place is under new ownership. I have gone to this place often on wednesday for salmon but today was my last time here. I went and ordered two salmon plates with yucca and black beans and rice ($30 plus a tip I gave even though it was an order to go). When I got home (8 blocks away) the yucca was so hard i couldn’t even put a fork into it. I took it back to Rincon and they gave me a hard time so I said give me a refund and they wouldn’t they offered other sides. Ultimately i opted to wait 20 minutes for them to cook come fresh yucca but when I came back to pick it up, they didn’t even apologies or take responsibilty for it. Horrible service. it shouldn’t even have been put in a container because it wasn’t edible. The owners should be ashsmed of themselves! At least say sorry! I had to walk all the way back to get food I could eat! NEVER AGAIN!

This place is one of the best places to have a healthy lunch in West New York. I am amazed that it doesn’t have any review yet. I tried fish and also lunch specials twice out three times being there, I recommend fish and cow tail. A nice girl works there having very helpful attitude toward customers (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but you will find her at lunch). You might have a little bit of problem communicating in english, but all of the times that I had lunch there, they prepared exactly what I meant. A meal size was more than enough for me and I am not skinny, unhealthy or anything. Did I mention the price? it is worth every penny.

I ordered churrasco with white rice and beans and it was disgusting. Not edible. The meat tasted old. The beans had no flavor

I just ordered tres golpes, toasted bread, and coffee. Everything even down to the bread was just disgusting. The coffee was not expresso and very watery. The mangu was burnt and way too oily. So disappointed and a waist of 20 dollars.

Great place to eat. Clean and great service. The food was awesome. A little small and the menu was diverse and varied and prices not sky rocket.

Small family run neighborhood restaurant/café serving mostly traditional Cuban dishes at affordable prices. They also prepare some popular dishes from other countries… Central American Breakfast, Colombian Ajiaco Soup, Dominican Mangú con Los Tres Golpes, Puerto Rican Arroz con Guandules, and South American Ceviche. As I am in the area often, this is my default spot for a good mix of Latin American flavors.
