First time going. Family owned. Friendly & helpful. Very good food. Ordered Sesame Teriyaki Wings. Chicken Philly Teriyaki. Others ordered Chicken Parmesan – said was very good and bread was soft..lol

I usually see this place when I am at Guitar Center and I remember my friends eating here once before but I never tried anything. I was hungry and wanted to try something new so I came and got the best sandwich they have: The Godfather.
Hot, delicious and well seasoned! This sub is everything my taste buds desired!
You don’t need any sauces, no additional stuff. The people running the place are extremely sweet and I will definitely come back again! If I could give 6 stars, I’d give seven lol.
Edit, 7 months later: they built a Wawa across the street, NO COMPETITION TO THIS PLACE

The worst sandwich in Palm Beach County. I can’t believe they a actually served this. The roast beef was literally spoiled and had a terrible odor. It was warm and slimy. The bread was spongy. I would recommend avoiding this place by all means unless you’re ok with risking your health.

It was my first time here, and I was not expecting much. Just a cold sub. Boy was I surprised! I ordered the Godfather,.The sandwich was warm, and very moist and delicious. The prep time was worth the wait, which was a little longer than I thought it could be. But this sandwich is made with care, and expertly assembled. The service was friendly. I’ll be going back again, and again. I only gave it 4 stars because the drink selection was pretty limited.

We live about 1 hour south from the sub shop and it is well worth the drive.
We ordered 2 sandwiches and only ate half of each one. The Cuban sandwich is THE BEST I have ever eaten, I brought the other half home for my daughter and she as well said the same, they use freshly cooked roast pork that they make themselves.

Under new ownership and amazing! The new owner Tod was very nice, welcoming, and friendly.
The place is super clean and the food was excellent. One of the best steak and cheese with onion and mushrooms I’ve had in a long time!

I ordered lunch during their rush hour one day and it took 2 hours to get to me. When the food finally got to us it was absolutely amazing. After a few days the owner Todd called personally to apologize for the wait and offered to buy lunch for me and my co-workers to make it right. Today we picked up our lunch and it was better than the first time. The personalized service and dedication to the consumer was second to none. It’s hard to find a good Deli down here in Florida and I will certainly be going back.
