10/10 experience! They completely exceeded my expectations. The food was truly Michelin-worthy, every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was outstanding.

I also have a severe nut allergy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe for me. I can’t wait to go back! This restaurant deserves far more praise for how exceptional it is!

We had a fantastic experience at Rime Steakhouse tonight! Our server, Chelsea, was phenomenal — prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all genuinely kind. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Even though it was very busy, she never made us feel rushed and took the time to answer all our questions, which we really appreciated.

The food was excellent — the ribeye was cooked perfectly, the salmon was delicious, and the sides and shrimp cocktail were all outstanding. Great service and great food made for a wonderful evening. Highly recommend!

Visited Rime for a new experience and was blown away by the service and attention to detail. Our waitress Victoria was friendly, helpful and down to earth. she took great care of us along with the other employees.
Everything was beautifully plated and it was fun to try new dishes.
Really enjoyed the Beef cheeks dish and the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The desserts were unique and perfect for sharing.

Fantastic experience with Gretel the other evening. She was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our time at the Rime was an experience I would very much like to repeat again, especially with Gretel as our sever!

The cuisine was incredible. We tried more than half of the menu between four of us. The mocktails and drinks were fantastic, too. There were many dessert options, even some not listed on the menu.

The atmosphere was very calming, inviting, warm, and friendly. The waitstaff were prompt with replenishing drinks and plates/utensils.

Price is on the higher end, but definitely worth it for the cuisine, the people, and the atmosphere.

Majority of the food was spectacular. Truly delicious. Service started well but then sadly tanked. On a night they did not appear busy, we felt forgotten. We had empty waters/drinks and refilled our own wine as no one around or noticed glasses low or empty. Maybe it was because we had 2 kids with us but the kids grew tired with the wait, as did we as well, so we left as soon as I could flag someone down despite it being my son’s birthday. This was not what we had come to know or expect from this restaurant sadly.

I’m shocked that this restaurant has such a low score. Some have had poor service, but let me assure you that Rime is excellent. So many delicious, creative dishes. We got 4 apps, 3 mains, and two desserts. Most all of it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked and high quality ingredients.

Recommendations:
– Shrimp cocktail: was one of the best I’ve had in years. Jumbo prawns with strong cocktail sauce.
– French bread with ricotta, pistachios, honey, and truffle oil. Honestly this was the most surprisingly delicious thing we ate. I went home and tried making these two days later.
– Caesar salad: surprisingly delicious dressing
– Brussel sprouts: delicious
– the pork chop: best entree tried

Needs some work:
– the scallops were great…but the grapefruit was an odd flavor combo
– the Salmon was over cooked and a bit dry

Overall, great restaurant. Really good at providing GF options.

We had our 18th anniversary at Rime and it was a phenomenal experience. Our server, Kristie, was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Chef Norgren made fantastic food and showed genuine enthusiasm for what he does. We started with risotto balls and ended with a great dessert. Everything in between had great flavor. My wife is a vegetarian and there was plenty to eat for her. Thanks Rime staff for a wonderful evening and some great food. I will definitely be heading back there soon.

My extended family had a very special evening at the Rime this past October. Dishes were outstanding and I enjoyed the best 8 oz steak I have ever had. The service was excellent and Victoria’s professionalism was unmatched. We are customers for life and highly recommend.

We had my wedding rehearsal dinner at RIME this summer. It was INCREDIBLE. We had drinks on the Terrace and then moved our group to the intimate Wine Vault for dinner.
Sarah from St. Regis and her entire team were very professional and went above-and-beyond to make the whole atmosphere personal, elegant, and inviting.

Grilled Hanger Steak (potato puree, sauteed spinach, peppercorn brandy jus)

Dessert

Blood Orange Mousse (yuzu pearls, black currant, toasted coconut)


They were also super accommodating for dietary restrictions and anything our guests needed.
