I’m shocked that this restaurant has such a low score. Some have had poor service, but let me assure you that Rime is excellent. So many delicious, creative dishes. We got 4 apps, 3 mains, and two desserts. Most all of it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked and high quality ingredients.

We had our 18th anniversary at Rime and it was a phenomenal experience. Our server, Kristie, was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Chef Norgren made fantastic food and showed genuine enthusiasm for what he does. We started with risotto balls and ended with a great dessert. Everything in between had great flavor. My wife is a vegetarian and there was plenty to eat for her. Thanks Rime staff for a wonderful evening and some great food. I will definitely be heading back there soon.

I’m reviewing this restaurant because of our waiter tonight Tim. He had the answers to every one of my questions about caviar, oysters, and even what dinner selections to make. He took the time and even suggested that my husband and I take photos outdoors. He snapped a few shots of us on the balcony and the beautiful scenery behind us. If you are traveling in the area go to Rime and request Tim as your wait staff. He was so fun.

We stayed at the St Regis, and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. Very nice, clean restaurant. Plan ahead, and get a reservation in advance during the busy ski season. Quality food, great atmosphere, and great service.

I’d like to echo the recent reviews stating they should be batting mid 4’s vice 3’s. Service was excellent, taking special care on allergies and dietary restrictions. Food was cooked perfectly with all entrees; cocktails and wine also hit the mark. While expensive for what it is, you are at the St. Regis.

Great food and the service is wonderful. We come here every year to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better place. The mussels were some of the best I have had and their cocktails are unique and flavorful.

This restaurant was top notch the dinner was amazing the smoke salmon was so good the breakfast was delicious. Dinner is in its own element it’s a must go location for the experience alone food was out of this world! The staff was very attentive and friendly will come back again!

Very nice restaurant with killer views. While the restaurant is a “hotel” restaurant, it also is up to the standards set by the St Regis, and they are high. The food was terrific and the service was impeccable. Whether starting in the hotel or being local, this restaurant is a great option for a nice occasion!
