So… My food was ok.. I had a chicken quesadilla (8.99) with rice and beans, and a drink (which was extra). Lemme just say… The food was below average. I had a chicken quesadilla, the chicken was slimy with no flavor, and the tortilla was burnt. The best part about my meal was the beans and rice. Costcos churro tastes better than this place!!! My family said the same thing about their food. Doesn’t help that we found a hair in our food too. This place needs to upgrade their food and lower those prices because it’s not worth it. How the hell do you mess up a quesadilla??? The chefs DON’T even wear MASKS during this Covid-19 pandemic!!!!!

We decided to try the breakfast burrito selection this morning heading south on 95, just a day after trying their carne asada tacos.
The carne asada tacos were CaliMex in flavor, texture and good sized. Good stuff! The breakfast burrito was very good.
We ordered two of the bacon breakfast burritos unknowing of the remainder of the contents because their menu didn’t say anything like ‘includes cheese, eggs, potatoes (fries) a n d bacon’. Surprise! These are absolutely delicious and had all that stuff, and had all the flavor with a decent size to match. Well worth the $7.99 compared to similar CakiMex takeouts in the San Diego area starting at about $10. AND, they gave me a huge serving plastic bag full of their delicious carrots/onion/jalapeño mix. The carrots are cut in 1/4” batons instead of flat style as is mostly common in SoCal. Their salsas however, were the lesser of the enjoyable offerings.
We had a feeling we were getting ‘the good stuff’ when we waited about 13 minutes at the empty 8:30am drive-thru window this Wednesday morning. I’m guessing the remainder of the menu is very CaliMex.

Passing through town and ordered “to go” Chimichanga with shredded beef, refried beans & cheese. What I received was a Chimichanga 3/4 filled with bell peppers (allergy issues), onions, and cooked tomatoes (allergy issues). Very little shredded beef and small amount of what appeared to be refried beans. Not what I ordered! An order of taquitos which were average. A soda which I had to throw out, had no flavor except soda water and coloring. All this for $30.00? Besides this place, I’ve never had all that extra (I’ll be nice) stuff in a Chimichanga. Should have told me the customer as that’s not the norm.

Tried the green chili plate. The sauce was certainly green but the pork was tough (overcooked) and the sauce had a strange, unpleasant taste. It didn’t taste like verde sauce. No chips and salsa were included. The rice and beans were bland and tasteless. The price was that of a sit-down Mexican restaurant but without the service or quality. Not recommended: you have far better options in Bullhead City.

We were in bullhead City Arizona looking for something good to eat. I had been to Riliberto’s years ago when I came for the Laughlin River run motorcycle rally. So the wife and I stopped in there and ordered some really good stuff. I had the carne asada burrito and a couple of tacos and she had the tostada with beans and rice. Everything was just fantastic and we were barely able to finish our meals because the portions were so good. They have a little bit of a salsa bar where you can get hot sauce and different condiments. They serve Coca-Cola products so we both got diet Cokes that we really like. So if you like good Mexican food and you’re in Bullhead City Arizona this is the place to stop.

Their food is always fresh and tastes great! The people are always friendly and fast. They have different deals on different days of the week. Like other restaurants in the area they don’t put a lit of meat in the rolled tacos which is fine for me. There’s a drive up but don’t forget they are a restaurant and have always deserve a tip when I go.

THIS IS A OLD REVIEW… PLEASE READ IT ALL THE place has changed mngmt for the Worse and so has the food I would like to start by saying thank you to the new owners of this wonderful restaurant. My family and I really enjoyed our time and meals here. The last time we were here it was awful even the roaches would eat lol.
Now the place is clean and as soon as the door on the Highway 95 side was opened my kids said WOW dad it smells good and clean .
Now for the food everything thing we had was deliciously devoured the beams were a little bland for me but good nonetheless. The rice was great,the meats were cooked properly,the fries were even cooked with a lil crisp (which my kids love) the drinks from the soda fountain are Free refills (with purchase of course). The kids Menu are good. My babies were completely happy with them. The salsa bar is good completely different than the previous owners. So my take on the place is go in give them a try and judge for yourself.

I said no I already paid for it and ALL 4 said we’ll pay you back with our money even the cockroach are looking at you hard and they are just as rude as the staff I am going to post the less gross photos NOW STAY AWAY. 5.15.21 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOLE ANYMORE… ♾️
