These people are doing the lords work
Chile Relleno 10/10. Lots of sauces, guac, sour cream, rice and beans. Even gave me a few hot tortillas with it.
Veggie Burrito 10/10. Stuffed to the brim with an array of delicious ingredients.
Bean Tostada. 9/10 Crispy and flavourful.
Horchata was more so 6/10, personally a bit too sweet for my taste but wonderful otherwise.
I was asked if I wanted hot or mild and she said I could have both and I got 2 of each flavour!
Very nice people and delicious fresh food. Not sure what people are talking about with it being cold. You get an insane amount of delicious food for half the price if you were to go anywhere else.

Visiting from Phoenix terrible no flavor I asked the guys for extra geeen salsa they didn’t give me any ordered a Lengua taco there was no flavor it was cold couldn’t even eat it the Burria burro was edible needed salt and more flavor definitely I don’t usually leave reviews but don’t come here if you want flavor or for the employees to listen to you got it at 9:30 at night

Came here once before and had a great experience. Food was solid and the customer service was actually really good, which is why I decided to come back.
Big mistake.
This time the service was absolutely horrible. The guy working could not have cared less if he tried. Zero effort, zero friendliness, no sense of customer service at all. It honestly felt like we were bothering him by being there. When someone acts like that, it kills the entire experience no matter how the food is.
What makes it worse is knowing they are capable of doing better, because I have seen it. This was not just an off moment, it was straight up bad service. Disappointing enough that I would think twice before returning.

I called them because I had ordered two burritos last night and and when I got the burritos, the potatoes were cold. It was disgusting soggy, so I didn’t have a chance to call them that night and I called them this morning and asked if they could just replace the burritos or do something to make this up and from there, she refused cussed at me and was incredibly rude. I’m just so frustrated because I called and talked to them and they told me oh yeah, we’ll remake them no problem but please next time we keep your receipt and I said of course no problem and then I showed up at the store and she told me no she wouldn’t remake them and continue to argue with Me. They are very few places impressed that are open late and are somewhat good. It’s always a hit or miss here but I probably won’t be coming back here anymore, especially because she was so disrespectful

I come here often enough to know that their food is good. Tonight for some reason it was bad. I order my usual, a quesa birria quesadilla, which I know because i always order it, comes with birria meat, consome, jalapeños, and onions inside. I specifically ask for no onions like i always do, the person taking my order through the drive thru confirms. I also ask to make sure it has jalapeños as last time i ordered it, it didn’t come with any (no biggie, they forgot). They confirm the jalapeños. I go up to the window, pay, (I was somehow charged a 2 extra dollars for the jalapeño which comes on the quesadilla but whatever i shrugged it off) and expect to wait about 5-10 minutes for my quesadilla as that’s usually how much time it takes as it usually comes out fresh and good. my order takes about 3 minutes. confused but happy i take the order home, and find the consome spilled all inside my bag, i check the lid and its not even on all the way. Annoyed but hungry I open my quesadilla and find it filled with onions, barely any meat and barely any jalapeños which i paid extra for. The quesadilla which i believe is grilled or fried in the consome was not. As well as the salsa i got on the side was barely filled all the way. i had a lazy quesadilla, no consome, not a lot of meat, and a buttload of onions. not happy as usually my orders are top notch and delicious here.

Food was cold… the cheese wasn’t even melted in my enchiladas!!! Didn’t get the sour cream. The Carnitas burrito was burnt over cooked, very tough and served cold!!’ No flavor at all. Never again!!!

Our experience at Riliberto’s in Prescott was disappointing. We ordered a lengua burrito and two kids’ meals. The burrito arrived without onions or cilantro, and one of the kids’ meals was missed entirely, requiring us to reorder. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our full order.
Although the staff was polite, the long wait time and inaccurate order made the visit frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Riliberto’s until the service and attention to detail improve.

Horrible food , Bad service , I orderer carne asada fries they came cold , Had sour cream on them which I added not to put on them so it messed up my whole order , called them asked for a manager or someone to talk to cause she obviously couldn’t speak English talked to the cook he apologized then hung up .. I will never order from here again I should’ve read the reviews first cause there’s not many good ones .
