I got the Curry goat and I was just extremely disappointed. I enjoy spicy foods, but Curry goat is not supposed to be “make you sweat” spicy. I couldn’t even taste the goat really. The steamed veggies was the highlight which is rare haha! The rice and peas were bland, overcooked, and they were lacking the light coconut flavor.
They had to warm my goat up because it was cold. I also feel like it was overpriced. I definitely will not be returning. The food wasn’t terrible, but it was bottom tier in the pantheon of Jamaican food.

She went so far as to sit at the tables eating and laughing and speaking ill of other people who were ordering. I’ll never go back I’ll wait till I go to Boston. I ordered a medium of cowfoot and rice and peas. I was not asked if I wanted cabbage. I ended up with mostly bones, rice and peas and cabbage. This is my second time ordering from this location and after this time I don’t think I’ll go back. The first time was great. I had a lot of meat and sauce with my rice. I ordered a large the first time and I did not regret it even though I ended up forking over $26 for it. This time I forked over $20 and instantly regretted it. The fact that the server put cabbage in my meal without asking me if I wanted it was icing on the cake for me. I’m attaching pictures but I’m not sure how well you can see the bones in this. There ended up being about two bones with a little bit of meat attached. I have so much regret right now. I’m letting this be a lesson to myself. I asked afterwards if I could just make the medium into a large and was told that it was too late. That’s probably for the best. I should have taken it as a sign when I got there and couldn’t find any parking.

I went to buy some chicken but unfortunately there was only one flavor of chicken which was the chicken around 7:30 in the evening. I purchased a medium and the young man only gave me a very small portion of chicken as which included mostly bones. I went back and the owner gave me another serving.

We bought two plates, one with curry goat,rice and beans and vegetable, the second plate bbq jerk chicken with rice and beans and 3 beef patties. In all honesty the flavors were on point, full of flavor, however, it was too spicy for me! Never thought I would ever say that. So I ate half my plate. My husband ate his entire plate, with a lil sweat on his forehead. I’m saving my other half of the plate for tomorrow. Ooh the price was great.

Jerk chicken was flavorful and spicy and NOT DRY! I’m always scared to order chicken at restaurants because it’s often overcooked but this chicken was perfect. Rice was great with the jerk sauce on top. Will definitely be coming back.

Finally tried it out. The food is average had better from other places. The jerk chicken was little dry, the rice and bean flavorless. Plaitian was dry not sweet. The chicken curry was good balance of spicy and curry flavor.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open and it was well worth the wait. Goat curry was cooked and spiced to perfection along with the rice/beans and gravy. Meat patties were very good also.
