Rigali’s Pizza Village started as a local carry out/delivery Pizza Shop in 1988 on West Wayne Street in Lima, Ohio. In 1998, we moved to our current location at 505 West North Street in Lima, Ohio. We currently staff 15 employees in which several have been here for the better part of 20 years happily serving the people of Lima.

I ordered a salad and the ham had mold on it. I called to let them know and had to talk to 3 different employees and the last one I spoke with was very rude. He told me I had to of left my salad out for 36 hours and that’s why the ham was molded. Why would I do that over 13 dollars. All I wanted was a replacement but workers was so rude trying to argue that I must of left it out!! I’m more disappointed bc I enjoyed rigalis before this experience!!!!! If businesses are rude like that hanging up in a customer’s ear than how to you expect someone to come back? Will be contacting the owner bc I’m sure they would not like their employees treating paying customers like that! I mean customers are how employees get paid let’s not forget

Called and ordered 3 salads at 11:15. Food didn’t arrive by 12:30 called and was told it was fresh out of the oven?! ♀️ and waiting to be picked up. Delivery still hadn’t arrived by 12:45 called again and still hadn’t been picked to be delivered. Asked for a discount as this is an unacceptable time frame for salads and was never told that there would a wait time. Owner didn’t want to give us a discount, because he had already charged our card. Was told we would be given a $10 credit! I asked for that to be wrote down and sent with the delivery. 1:00 pm and food still hasn’t been delivered. I put 1 ⭐️ because ZERO isn’t an option. This is unacceptable and I will not being ordering from them again!

Pizza places are a dice roll, but Rigali’s Pizza Village does NOT disappoint. I enjoy the old style feel of the place with its old wooden beams and walls. Their chef salads are ginormous and deeeee-licious. Particularly of note is their Spaghetti Pizza which beyond its weirdness was fabulous. Eating here is an experience with the great food in line with great staff and a homey atmosphere. Very worth a visit. Or two. 😉

I’m a bit of a pizzaholic, honestly the sauce was outstanding, the toppings were fantastic, the cheese was mid though. I would return, I would dine in again, overall great pizza and attentive waitress. Atmosphere was a small Italian sit down, nothing crazy but kinda cozy. The mozzarella sticks were just okay, but if you’re looking for a decent slice of pizza this would definitely fit the tab. Prices were fair, a great lunch or dinner.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD … SERVICE HORRIBLE WAS SEATED FOR OVER 45 mins never checked on or updated on our meal …. The waiter was very dry when getting our order … we finally decided to make it take out to be surprised with the most NASTIEST PIZZA AND WINGS…. I’ve never had soggy wings soggy fries and a thrown together pizza… our waiter only gave a smile when we made order take out …….Worst experience ever….

My family has been coming here since before I was born. Whether we’re meeting up for the holidays, a casual get together, or an after party celebration, we typically think of Rigali’s first. Service is consistently top notch and friendly. And if you are just coming into town for a short amount of time, it is definitely a worth while destination spot to try out.

Absolutely no star! Worst pizza i have had in 55 years!! Took over an hour to get to us, which is fine, but considering it was WAY OVER cooked.. didn’t even get the cheese pull what so over!! wth!!! Barely any sauce, maybe 5 pepperoni! I regret giving a tip even!! No need to say we won’t be going back!

I’ve eaten from Rigali’s Pizza Village before. Their food is great, but you can’t understand what they’re saying on the phone because they use some type of headphones, and you can’t order through an app. So if you want their food, you’re FORCED to put up without understanding what they’re saying or drive there IF able!
