Severe drop in quality. Ordered 20 spicy soy garlic wings tonight and they were not spicy and were very dark. It looks nothing like the red glazed chicken you see in the menu photos. My wife ate 2 wings, I ate 3, and we threw out the rest. Last year their chicken tasted delicious, so this is a big disappointment. Definitely not worth the price, tasted like it was frozen then recooked, or cooked in old oil. My wife felt sick almost immediately after eating. Very disappointing and it’s unfortunately off our list for the future. Hope they improve and we see some good reviews in the future and are willing to try them again.

This was our second time going to Ridiculous Chicken. I was excited to try the korean fried chicken as i love BB.q chicken but the closest one is several hours away. It didn’t disappoint! The chicken is crispy and is good meat. I always ask for my sauce on the side so i was able to try the different sauces. They weren’t the best in the world but complimented the friend chicken. I definitely recommend the slaw as the side their slaw is better than most places and a bit sweet.
We also has the korean tacos and I thought they were good but not worth the cost if you get chicken. I got the chicken tacos and it was just a generic chicken tender with their slaw on top and with sauce. The dumplings were good but nothing special tasted like the premade ones that they just steam (which was still tasty! Just not an exclusive to this place thing) lastly we had the ramen and it was really good. A decent size portion for two meals and had all the good ramen toppings! The broth was not the best we have had but good enough to go back when we are in the area.
Tldr: the Korean fried chicken with slaw was the best.
Place was empty when we were there. they seem to get more take out orders in the afternoon. Waiter was nice

So excited that there’s a place that sells korean fried chicken in Blacksburg. It was pretty good & I liked the kimchi pancake. The wings were good, they were really crispy and buttery! I did order a spicy but I felt like it wasn’t that spicy, so spicy lovers might need to add some chili flakes or something lol. Overall excited this place is here now!

Was recommended coming to this place by my friend. So my Girlfriend and i decided to come for our 6 month anniversary. I ended up getting soup and sweet chili chicken wings that were very under cooked. seems like they just took them out the freezer and dropped them in the deep fryer instead of letting them unfrost. Both my partner and I ended up getting salmonella. Very unhappy especially because it ruined our special night

I was excited to try their Ramen but couldn’t be more disappointed. I got the chicken ramen and couldn’t believe my eyes when it came. They genuinely put breaded nuggets in there as the meat. The portion was tiny and the broth was worse than 1 dollar ramen packet from the grocery store. I’m still not over the fact that I paid $17 plus tip for that abomination. From the moment I walked in, the lack of kindness from the staff was obvious. They were being very rude and disrespectful. They are slow, inattentive and seem completely uninterested in helping. My order took far too long and when It finally arrived, the over quality was underwhelming. It wasn’t even my ORDER!! The environment felt unprofessional and un caring. For anyone expecting a pleasant dining experience, this place will not only frustrate but also disappoint you. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this place!!

I try desperately hard not to leave a bad review because I know how hard they are to undo but this experience was not something I want anyone else to experience. The food was too salty to eat. The waitress disappeared after the food was delivered. I asked for a salad after not being able to eat my shrimp fried rice thinking that you can’t mess up a salad. I was wrong. The top layer of the salad was ok, the bottom layer was very wet and tasted like water. Then the check came and I was being asked to pay for the meal I couldn’t eat. I never spoke to a manager and the waitress really didn’t know how to handle my complaint. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I almost walked out because there was no attempt to make it better or learn from this to make it a better experience for everyone else. There are lots of choices around here. I suggest you keep walking.

So happy to see another Korean restaurant in Blacksburg! I think this place will definitely pop off next fall. The food, staff, service, and vibe are all incredible! A great place to get dinner and/or drinks on the weekend, and enjoy some great music selection, all in the heart of Downtown Blacksburg. The decor and ambience are unmatched here, so definitely a unique place to hangout compared to other Blacksburg restaurants.

We have only tried the Korean corn dogs, they were $4.99 and a bit smaller than a regular corn dog, so for 3 and ordering online was $16.66 so a little pricey if you want to have dinner with all the kids. They were really good and the order came out really fast.
