We had such a great time at Ridgewood Station Cafe! Our waiter, Ali, was amazing — super attentive and really made us feel taken care of. He even cooked part of our meal just the way we like it and surprised us with complimentary Turkish tea. The owners were incredibly warm and made us feel welcome and at home, and the homemade tres leches was incredibly tasty. Truly wonderful service and delicious food. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Nice brunch spot at downtown Ridgewood. It’s right by the train station, hence the name of the restaurant.
The staff are nice and friendly. We were seated right away. I got crab cake egg benedict and Turkish tea. We also had kids mac&cheese, eggplant parmigino and Shakshouka.
Egg Benedict is great, the running yolk right on the point. Crabcake is good portion and flavor. Turkish tea is pretty good (he forgot the tea, I had it to go at the end). Mac&cheese is definitely very very cheesy. eggplant parmigino has good flavor and soft.
Good seating indoor and outdoor. Spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean. It’s a good place for relaxing brunch or for small gathering.

Had their club sandwich and Cowboy sandwich, and both were honestly amazing. The grilled chicken was super flavorful, everything tasted fresh, and the portions were great. The whole place has a really clean, cozy vibe, perfect for brunch or a casual lunch. The ambiance is bright and welcoming, and you can tell they put effort into both the food and the atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and definitely a spot I’d come back to!

While searching for a brunch place, came across this restaurant in Ridgewood. It is right next to the train station, so there’s a beautiful view from the massive glass window, feels wonderful to sit by the tables near the windows. The restaurant is gorgeous inside as well, with beautiful natural lights and modern furnishing. Within the restaurant they also have a bakery section where they sell pastries, bakery goods and coffee/teas.
The menu has plenty of Mediterranean style brunch dishes. During my multiple visits, I got to try several different dishes. The crab cake benedict was my favorite, beautiful dish and equally tasty. Was little disappointed with shakshouka as it lacked some flavor, and overwhelmed with the egg. Eggplant parmigiano was solid. Pancake and mac & cheese both were for my daughter from kid’s menu, and loved them both. Pancake was soft and fluffy with lots of fruits and whip cream on it. Mac & cheese was soft creamy.
The service was nice both times. Our dishes came out within short time during both visits. All staff members were friendly. On nice sunny bright days, this is an excellent spot to dine in with some delightful view.

The place is large and has a nice atmosphere. The menu is extensive with many types of food, desserts, and drinks. We tried two desserts, and both were very good. The tea served in a thermos was also good. When the tea was too weak, we asked for it to be changed, and it was replaced immediately. The service and ambiance were good. I would also like to commend the staff. They provided excellent service. They were fast, polite, and hardworking. I understood that it’s a place where employees are valued because the staff seemed happy, which I appreciate. Also, I think those who leave harsh reviews should first ask the staff to change or correct whatever they find lacking, as we did with the tea, and they addressed it. If your request is not fulfilled despite asking, then you are justified in leaving negative reviews. In addition, I think the business should also consider the comments politely. I believe that responses to comments should be more professional. It would be more appropriate to respond at a corporate level rather than personally. It’s important for customers to feel comfortable and valued. It’s also important for employees to feel valued and appreciated. This adds value to the business in the long run. Since it’s a relatively new place, there will be shortcomings, but I believe it has the potential to improve. I hope to try their food as well. I recommend it to you.

Excellent brunch – 7 of us dined today and it was a wonderful experience. From our server, delicious food and coffees (nice selection) to the lovely owner – a great morning. Highly recommend! And they have a fantastic special menu planned for Valentine’s that I hope to enjoy!

I come here regularly and can attest that I have always received the BEST service, good food that’s fresh, amazing coffee, great servers, and everything is always nice and clean. I can also say that the coffee here is better than anything else you can find in Ridgewood.——

Amazing place with yummy food. The server Johny was quick and very helpful. His suggestions helped me choose the right items. Great family run pick up and sit down breakfast, brunch lunch restaurant with attention to detailed Turkish / Greek pastry mashup. Omelette was great as are the pastries. They car and are in top of everything especially the cappuccino and huge mug of coffee. So many places to choose from in Ridgewood with this being one of the best.
