I saw some mixed reviews about this place but our experience was great. We stopped for lunch on a Friday. Not much of a crowd so we chose s our seats. This is a nice bar, sports oriented but tastefully decorated. Large screen TV’s are prominent to watch your sporting events. Our server and bartender, Gracie, came to the table immediately and took drink orders. They have a very nice selection of beer on tap along with cocktails. I ordered the gyro and my wife had the Italian sub. Food came out quickly, in about 10 minutes. The food was very good, I especially liked their fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The gyro was loaded with meat. It needed just a bit more tzatziki and red onion, but otherwise was just fine. Gracie was very attentive and took care of all our needs. First time here and will try them again.

Had a great meal at Ridge & Rail today. Really good atmosphere. It was busy today and the service and food were still great. Good selection of beer on tap. The best French fries I have ever had. They use beef tallow to fry in. Absolutely phenomenal. You should definitely give this place a try!

We came here for a girls’ night out and it was such a blast! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming—perfect for an evening of laughter, great conversation, and making memories. The restaurant really knows how to set the tone for a fun night, with upbeat music, stylish décor, and a vibe that feels both chic and comfortable.

The food and drinks were spot-on. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the cocktails kept the energy flowing all night. The staff added to the experience with their friendly, attentive service, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

I’m officially changing the name to “Ridge and Fail”

If you enjoy a side of chaos and confusion with your long waits and sketchy service, you have found the place to be!!

Pros: The pizza crust was decent, and the pizza was cooked wonderfully. Sauce, cheese, and toppings weren’t the best IMO and I’m a Northeastern Pizza Associate and connoisseur of the pizza arts. The pizza was the only reason it wasn’t a complete Fail.
The setting is actually quite nice as well. The building sits on a hill, and the long shadows of late daylight fill the patio area, keeping it somewhat cool in the breath of summer.
The bar area was nice, and the two bartenders were very polite and attentive, albeit oblivious to what was happening outside their immediate area.
Decor is fairly standard with a mix of country/modern/rustic/industrial

Cons: Hello? Service please…
It’s the type of place you just casually sit down and hope someone sees you, otherwise you could be waiting for 10, 15, 20 minutes before you get any attention.
Drink and alcohol/beer glasses were empty at every table, people looking around desperately for refills while one lowly [read slowly] waitress, whose name started with a T, paraded around trying to keep up and make sense of the weeds she developed and encapsulated herself in. The only shock between the initial wait for drinks, the wait for our order, wait for refills, waiting for a check, a box and the overall lack of attention throughout the entire place, was the kitchen had made our food in a timely manner and half of it came out rather quickly. Chicken was dry as Nevada and the Thai salad should be discarded off the menu entirely.

May return to see if they improve, give it 6 months.

Don’t expect much though.

Loved the atmosphere! The parking lot needs some work, as it is rock and hard to walk on. It might not be so bad in the summer.

Food was good. We ordered an appetizer called the train wreck, which was a mixture of almost everything on their appetizer menu. It was good and hit the spot. It came with so many yummy dipping sauces, the bourbon mustard and the cinnamon butter being our favorites. I also ordered the chicken nachos. Those were really good with fresh ingredients. The chicken was cooked fresh and cubed nicely, not reheated or shredded like other establishments.

The only downfall was the service was slow. It was a Sunday afternoon, not busy and it still took a long time for our food to come out. The waitstaff was all very kind. I had checked out the menu ahead of time and when we sat down the waitress brought us a lunch menu, which was very condensed and not what I was expecting. Another server came by and asked us if we would like to see the full menu… yes please!

I truly believe in supporting local and would definitely return.

Fun atmosphere, live music, many menu options and every meal was delicious! We tried the smash burger, philly cheesesteak, mac n cheese with steak, onion rings & tater tots too. Definitely will be dining again. The outdoor patio looks inviting when the weather gets warmer!

We stopped in for dinner Thursday 7 at night. Place was +25% full, most people were sitting at the bar, for service I guess …Sit yourself, get your own menus, Order your own drinks at the bar type place. Food & drinks were good & building is nice.
We got up for plates & to-go box from middle server station, No second round of anything??- then paid bill at the bar. Then want 18% tip??? For what? Be better off to put a telephone line at the table for we could call/ text the bar back for anything…
I was going to ask if we should bring our plates back to the kitchen and wipe down table when we’re done or what?.?

I think this restaurant has great potential. The vibe is good and the building is pretty. We came on a Sunday and they were busy, most of our food was not great, it came out burnt but cold, ice cold mac and cheese, a pizza that seemed like it never went in the oven. My husband loved his Thai peanut salad. I think my Taco Salad has great potential, however it needs some sort of sauce then it would be great. The chicken could be heated on it though because it was burnt looking and cold. I would give a lower score but the manager handled the situation well and I think they do have good potential and great service especially if they are fully staffed. It was cold in the building. I think they struggle with large groups. It was an hour and a half and one in our party never got their food.

The restaurant has always been busy the few times we have gone. However the last time we had a young waitress who forgot to bring one of our drinks and we had to grab another waitress to remind her we were still missing a drink. She never offered us refills. She messed up an order giving them something totally different than what they asked for. So she took the dinner back and informed us she would have the kitchen correct the meal. The remainder of our five person party got their meals, after waiting for 45 minutes, the waitress would disappear or we would see her wandering on the other side of the restaurant. She never returned with the one persons meal! Everyone else had finished eating when she finally returned. She obviously didn’t have any customer skills and did not know how to handle the situation. We had to tell her about the missing meal and that we were not going to pay for it. She just smiled and said ok. There was no apology! There was no manager walking around to ask how our meal was. Her representation of the restaurant makes us reluctant to return any time soon.
