A Top-Notch Experience at Ridge Club Bistro & Bar
From start to finish, Ridge Club Bistro delivers. The food is exceptional — the hamburger I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked, juicy, and paired with fries that were perfectly crispy. Every bite showed care and quality in the kitchen.
The bar area is equally impressive. Bartender Mike is a true pro — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
There was a small hiccup with a lazy staff member, but the management handled it promptly and professionally, showing that guest experience is a priority here.
Overall, Ridge Club Bistro & Bar is a standout spot for anyone looking for top-notch food, great drinks, and attentive service. I can’t recommend it enough and will be back for the burger (and Mike’s service!) very soon.

We stayed at the resort for 1.5 weeks.
Had lunch and dinner here when we felt not going down to town and just lounge in our suite. It seems they don’t serve breakfast as opening hours are noon to 9 pm. Food is great and fresh and the serving is quite large, so the price range seems fair. I only gave 4 stars for the food because there wasn’t much to choose from. Im not also a sandwich or burger person, so the menu was limiting. The bar has wine, beer in bottles, and 2 beers on tap. They also have dessert, coffee, tea, and other beverages. So overall, they have a little of everything. Service is friendly and even helpful when i ask for directions going somewhere.

I got breakfast here twice, and I enjoyed the food both times. You order your food at the counter, pay, and then have a seat and wait for them to bring it out. The dining area is VERY nice, particularly the natural light (could get hot in the summer sitting in the sun) and the very sturdy wood tables. The service was friendly, their coffee area is self serve.

The first time we came here it was the weekend where they have the omelet bar special. It was fantastic. A guy name Yuri (I believe) was working the omelet bar station, and he did an AMAZING job. The omelet was perfect. There’s a table where all the toppings are laid out, and you get to pick which you’d like. With the omelet, you also get breakfast potatoes, which I also liked.

The second time, we ordered the Bistro Breakfast and Quiche. Both were good, but I enjoyed the omelets from the day before so much that nothing could have topped them.

I think the price here is very fair, taking into consideration you’re at a resort so they are a LITTLE inflated. However, if you’re staying at the Ridge Tahoe Resort, this is the top choice IMO, since you’re not wasting time and money driving somewhere else (unless you’re planning on spending the whole day, including the morning, out doing thing).

Overall, this is 5 stars to me, mostly because the omelets that Yuri made were so damn good. Price is fair, dining area clean and modern. Only minor setback was their dessert window by the counter was somewhat weak compared to the other picture someone uploaded on here. Still, 5 stars all day.

I had a terrible experience here. I order the expensive burger because it comes with bacon, they forget to add it (ordered takeout and didn’t notice until back at the room, too late to do anything about it). Burger was pretty bleh. The fries were TERRIBLE. Honestly I think they refried some old ones that had sitting around because they were really hard and cold and gross. I couldn’t even eat them. On top of that everything is so expensive. Don’t count on this after a physical day out on the lake/mountain. Even starving it wasn’t good!

The Ridge Club Bistro is one of three eating options for The Ridge Tahoe with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ordering is done from the counter and they do have daily specials. On the weekends the breakfast choices are expanded to include an Omlette bar that has about 10 ingredients to enhance the flavor experience. Time share owners can get an additional 10% off the bill by presenting their Resorts West ID card before purchasing. In addition to credit cards and cash, the food bill can also be linked to the hotel/room bill which is then collected at the time of checking out of the resort.

Quaint place, but damn good food. Only reason not a 5 star was because my medium burger was nearly raw in the middle but it was so tasty I ate it anyways and didn’t complain. I mean, look at this photo! Bleu Burger, fries and pickles. I don’t often eat beef but when I do, this is what I like. Staff is friendly and the overall facility is charming; feels like a good ski lodge should. Wait was a bit long but worth it.

Quite shocked and amazed. Amazing service and fantastic food. I had to fish and chips and my friend had the fish tacos. Both tasted great and were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The french fries were crispy and fresh. My Coke glass was always full. Only complaint, I ordered the chip and salsa appetizer and it was a pretty boring plate with some chips and some salsa. Tasted good, but could have been more exciting for the price. Dining room is clean and bright with a nice view. Expected to walk away with a three-star review at best, and this place easily scored five tonight. Price wasn’t too bad either.

I have tried almost everything on the dinner menu and their food is wonderful. Love the fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes! They’re cooked to perfection. So far I’ve only ordered the Belgium waffle for breakfast and it was delicious. You can call in your order and pick it up or go upstairs in the clubhouse and order there. Prices are reasonable too. My only complaint is they don’t have a dessert menu. It’s very limited to a cupcake, banana bread, brownies and no ice cream. I’d love to see an expanded dessert menu. Staff is wonderful, service is great, it’s clean and beautiful. PLEASE add expanded dessert menu !
