Reviews
From start to finish, Ridge Club Bistro delivers. The food is exceptional — the hamburger I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked, juicy, and paired with fries that were perfectly crispy. Every bite showed care and quality in the kitchen.
The bar area is equally impressive. Bartender Mike is a true pro — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
There was a small hiccup with a lazy staff member, but the management handled it promptly and professionally, showing that guest experience is a priority here.
Overall, Ridge Club Bistro & Bar is a standout spot for anyone looking for top-notch food, great drinks, and attentive service. I can’t recommend it enough and will be back for the burger (and Mike’s service!) very soon.
Had lunch and dinner here when we felt not going down to town and just lounge in our suite. It seems they don’t serve breakfast as opening hours are noon to 9 pm. Food is great and fresh and the serving is quite large, so the price range seems fair. I only gave 4 stars for the food because there wasn’t much to choose from. Im not also a sandwich or burger person, so the menu was limiting. The bar has wine, beer in bottles, and 2 beers on tap. They also have dessert, coffee, tea, and other beverages. So overall, they have a little of everything. Service is friendly and even helpful when i ask for directions going somewhere.
The first time we came here it was the weekend where they have the omelet bar special. It was fantastic. A guy name Yuri (I believe) was working the omelet bar station, and he did an AMAZING job. The omelet was perfect. There’s a table where all the toppings are laid out, and you get to pick which you’d like. With the omelet, you also get breakfast potatoes, which I also liked.
The second time, we ordered the Bistro Breakfast and Quiche. Both were good, but I enjoyed the omelets from the day before so much that nothing could have topped them.
I think the price here is very fair, taking into consideration you’re at a resort so they are a LITTLE inflated. However, if you’re staying at the Ridge Tahoe Resort, this is the top choice IMO, since you’re not wasting time and money driving somewhere else (unless you’re planning on spending the whole day, including the morning, out doing thing).
Overall, this is 5 stars to me, mostly because the omelets that Yuri made were so damn good. Price is fair, dining area clean and modern. Only minor setback was their dessert window by the counter was somewhat weak compared to the other picture someone uploaded on here. Still, 5 stars all day.
