I stopped in for breakfast.
1. I ordered a double espresso – they charged me two! And it was $8! I don’t know of a single place where a double espresso costs $8. See your receipt.
2. Shakshuka. To get there, you have to go outside and into the next room. It looks like a really cheap cafeteria, and it smells like an old, poorly ventilated place. The eggs were overcooked, and they only had plastic utensils.
Of course, I won’t be going back.

I was shocked at the many options. They have sushi rolls as well as pizza, pastries and smoothies. Wow, but my company and I sat down with smoothies contained strawberry, banana, with extra dates and almond milk. The server was a super pleasant lady with a great attitude too. Definitely plan to come back.

I just went to Ricotta for the first time and it was fantastic! Everything I had was delicious- the pastries (rugelach, sweet cheese horn), the pizza (and its dipping sauce). Phenomenal! If you like spicy, don’t miss their onion rolls. Definitely hit this place up when you’re in the New Haven area. Yum!

First time customer, I was very impressed with the quick and friendly service. Food was delicious (I had the pizza and the sushi) and the ratio of fish to rice in the roll was amongst the best I’ve ever had. Definitely my go-to place next time I’m in New Haven!
