This was a terrifying experience. After eating here last night at 8:00 PM, half of my family—including me my 8-year-old and 3-year-old—started vomiting uncontrollably within 3–4 hours. One of my children vomited four times, and we had to call an ambulance. On top of other issue that happened as well while dinning it .. I’ll do an update review on that later .

We arrived, it took a while to be addressed by anyone. I stood there and had to grab the menu myself. Food was not savory, chicken burrito has more work that can be done. At the end, we paid cash $30, and .11 cents were to be returned. I had to ask for my paper receipt. The receipt shows I paid the exact amount of cash, which is not accurate. A lady before us did not have to ask for her receipt, she was given one without asking. Server, Maranda H. gave us a look for asking for my change back and claimed that many restaurants have this practice where if it is less than .25 cents, money is not returned to customer. Now, if the price is $12.15, and i only have $12, are going to let me have your product or I have to come up with the .12 cents??? Appearance of the place, what place has a cart in lobby with cutlery and napkins to be prepared for customers in public display? I’m not going back there!

I have been living down the street of Ricos for the past 20 years, and yesterday, 7/25/25 was my first time. On a scale from 1-10, I give it a 6.5. Service took a little long, and it was empty. They were having a hard time finding me a menu. The waiter i got was a young black guy. Little slow trying his best, but he needs to check on customers more often. I will not return any time soon.

Following High School Baccalaureate stopped in to break bread. This was my first visit, party of 4. I ordered the Salmon Tacos which comes in soft tacos. Presentation was very nice as was the portion size. I was concerned about the salmon portion but it worked. Overall very delicious. A tad salty but I couldn’t figure out what exactly was salty. Overall great experience and responsive service 4.5 ⭐️ and an 8.5 out of 10. Yes…I recommend you try them out. Nondescript location with lots of charm. Bon Appétit

Great fast service! Large portions. Frozen margaritas in the evening was great. Frozen margaritas at lunch was very watery. My new Taco Tuesday spot!

Stopped on a Sunday afternoon. They have a napkin container outside to grab the door so that was cool. Clean inside. We were immediately seated with no wait. You scan a QR code for the menu so it’s online. Our waitress was outstanding! She was very fast and attentive but not overbearing. Chips were warm, cheese dip was good, salsa has a little kick to it. The food was very well seasoned and served hot. We had quesadillas, enchiladas, a beef taco and rice. Overall it was your basic Mexican restaurant. Nothing to jump up and down about but if you have the taste for this type of food it’s pretty good.

I order two beef enchiladas, the wasn’t cooked the beef was just wrapped in corn tortillas and the sauce on the bottom and my food was cold. Very tasteless. The chips was the only thing I ate.

I really wanted to give this place a 1 ⭐️ due to shitty service the cashier provided. I ordered my food at 7:39pm and the cashier told me to park in a to-go spot and she will bring it out to me. I said ok great l, I’m already in a to-go spot, she asked me my make and model of my car and color, I told her my information and walked back to my car. I looked at the time and it read 8:25pm. I walked in the restaurant and asked the cashier about my food and she said what is the name m. I said I didn’t give one because you didn’t ask me. She found my receipt and proceeds to the “to-go” table and there was my food!!! Getting COLD!!! I asked her how long has my food been sitting there? She said oh about 10 minutes. I said so I’ve been sitting in this hot car for almost an hour and you said you would bring my food to me. Waitress says well ma’am everyone makes mistakes.. I said that was no mistake that was careless of you. Waitress said well we have other customers to attend to. I said I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER and walked out. I noticed she only gave me 2 sauces for 9 tacos, so I go back in and asked for 1 additional sauce. Mins you I asked for extra sauce when I placed my order… so if you were going to charge me it should had been at the beginning of the POS!!! I asked for a manager and she came right out and looked at my receipt and the waitress began speaking saying I told her it would be an additional charge. The manager said no it will not be a charge, and walked in the back and brought me two additional sauces for free. Thank you Melissa for being so kind and refunding my entire order once I made it home and taste the food.

The salsa was good and they gave plenty of chips. I enjoyed the chalupa, taco and enchiladas plate. The refried beans were not thoroughly cooked, but cooked enough to eat.
The drinks looked fabulous and the decor was nice. I liked the historical display of the tshirts that they have offered in past years.

I’ve driven by many times. This time I stopped. No wait, was seated within minutes. Drinks, chips and salsa, 1/2 pitcher strawberry mango margaritas, entres sampler and molcajete. The food was just okay. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce, i didn’t like it but the Texas margaritas were . I’ll visit again.
