The Universe was spun out of nothingness, creating galaxies, stars, planets, water, land, and life. I imagine that the purpose of all of this was to culminate, after billions of years, in the ascendancy of Rico’s Burritos.
They are set up like some of the other chain burrito and bowl places, where you have them build your meal while you look through the glass guard that keeps your drool over the delicious array of ingredients from splashing on the food.
Here’s the thing: The chain places are complete crap, compared to the fresh, authentic ingredients filling one of the best burritos on earth. It’s all real food, with real unprocessed Mexican and Latin American deliciousness. Numerous proteins, beans, quesos, and salsas. So freakin good.
Whether you believe in a divine creator or the deterministic mechanics of a physical universe, one bite of a Rico’s burrito, and you will instantly understand the answer to the question, “Why?”

We had a great experience at Rico’s Burritos today. All 3 of us had the bowl, 2 were very good, one was only half full as you could tell a new employee was making it. That said, everyone left feeling very filled! This is a newer place but the owner has another Mexican restaurant in Howard, WI, which is very good. Definitely worth your time to give this place a try.

What makes a perfect burrito?
Fresh ingredients & a little love, that is what makes a perfect burrito and rice bowl. This was an excellent meal tonight, as we caught a game. Those other big chain Mexican restaurants don’t compare to the homemade taste & feel of places like this.

Trying to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita and steak taco in the Green Bay area. Each is rated on a scale of 1-5.

Chips and Salsa -the chips were thin, warm and lightly salted. The chips were similar to the chips you get from Chilis. These were probably my favorite chips. The salsa was very plain tasting and watery. It does have a little kick. Chips are not complementary, you have to buy them if you want them – 3
Lime margarita on the rocks – very tart and tasted like limeade – 2
Steak Taco:
Flavor: 2
Fullness: 5
Appearance: 5
This was a very bland steak taco.
Service – This Is a newer restaurant and is set up like Qdoba/Moe’s/Chipolte. Staff was very friendly – 5
Two steak tacos, one soda, small chips and salsa and one margarita $26.19

Ordered 6 tacos with steak and couldn’t wait to eat! At first bite, the meat wasn’t flavorful and was dry like it had been sitting there all day. My husband with every bite had tons of fat in it and couldn’t chew. We ended up tossing unfortunately. I hope it gets better as this is closer to home. We usually go to the Eastside for tacos that I know are gonna be freshly made. I give 5 stars for service and atmosphere, food a sad 1.

Probably the BEST TACOS I’ve ever had in Green Bay. They also have burrito bowls similar to chipotle but ten thousand times better. Everything was so fresh, clean, and speedy. This will my go-to place for Mexican food in the Green Bay area and lunch in general. For two people our bill was $23 and we left feeling full and satisfied. Brian was a great server and took great care of us! 10/10 would come back again and again.

I live not far from here, been wanting to try it. when I went to pick up my online order they never received it. I showed them that it charged my card. No problem he whipped up my burrito right in front of me asking me what I want. It took him 30 seconds. Don’t use the online system. The restaurant style is a la carte on your burrito. It works better to go in anyway. It’s fresh, it’s hot and prepared right in front of you. I was Happy to eat a burrito I can hold.

Came in at 7Pm The workers did not understand their own menu. We tried ordering chips and queso but they were trying to give us nachos. We kept trying to show them the item we wanted, and they did not understand. We ended up settling for nachos with no toppings, but queso lightly drizzled on top. Which is not “Chips & Dip: Chips & Queso”. The steak was also lukewarm and the burrito did not have anything special, it was bland. it was not worth the price. Otherwise it was clean and no other complaints
