Love love love! The new Dubai bowl is my fixation. Absolute best. The staff were always very helpful. When I ordered it through DoorDash, Dubai hadn’t been updated on the new menu, but the girls were willing to still do it for me when I called. The first day I called and asked them to bring it to me in the parking lot in my car cause my husband had the flu and I had my two-year-old with me and the girl came out to my car very pleasantly and was so sweet. I’m very appreciative

The bowls are always good but customer service at this location is the worse! It’s a Latina/Spanish girl and she always has an attitude. Never greets you just looks at you like you’re a problem, makes you not want to spend your money

Really tasty acai bowls. Fresh fruit and lots of customizable toppings. The store is really neat and clean with lots of seating if you need to work remotely or hang out. Friendly service too!!

Unpopular opinion, but I’ve tried Rico’s several times and never been impressed.
The acai base is dry & crumbly. There’s hardly any in the bowl…basically over paying for a glorified bowl full of toppings.
If I’m looking for an acai bowl, this would not be my first pick.
Staff has always been friendly!

Maddie and Samantha were amazing and prepared my bowl really quickly. They offered amazing recommendations and even accommodated my peanut allergy. I will definitely be coming back.

Rico’s Acai in Belmont is one of my new favorite places to eat. Each bowl has the Acai berries on the bottom with a granola mix, then bananas and more granola on top. The Brazil Bowl has only these ingredients, but the real magic comes out of the Rainbow Bowl which has strawberries, raspberries, mango (seasonal) pineapple, kiwi, blueberries and blackberries. There are a wide varieties of optional toppings, like Nutella or peanut butter. the Apple Bowl (pictured with Nutella) is a new addition that I can’t wait to try. Both of the pictured bowls are minis… Pro tip: the fruit is always fresh and well washed, so the bowls can be refrigerated for breakfast the next day!

This is my second time getting a medium Brazil bowl from Rico’s and once again I’m disappointed in how little açaí they put in the bowl. Mind you it only came with bananas and I added local honey & agave. It is overfilled with toppings then açaí itself. Almost as if they are trying to ration there açaí. I’ve been to other places and they never skim on the açaí like this place does. I promise you their açaí portion does not align with their sizes

Tried twice to call in a pizza order, no one answered. Dialed the number as we walked into the store, kid looked at the phone and just walked away….

Absolutely the worst açaí I’ve had. By far.
Over half the bowl was sliced banana. The açaí was grainy and didn’t have the smoothie texture one is accustomed to. Lame granola with no distinct flavorful touch.
Also, the bowls are small and expensive. A large bowl will cost you around $20 with tax!
Anyone with any culinary talent could make a 5X better bowl at home.
Hard pass. Save your hard earned money.
(The picture is of the bowl about half eaten)
