Hands down the best spot to eat authentic Puerto Rican food! We found this place online, and we’ve never looked back. Their mofongo is a must-try—absolutely delicious!”

I loved this place before. Now it’s not the same. I figured the bad service was a one time occurrence. However the last 3 times I went it got progressively worse. Some of the workers are very slow and not attentive. When you come in, you’re confused about where to order, who’s taking your order, & who’s next in line. It gets really awkward and the servers don’t welcome you or acknowledge you. When they take your order they forget things all the time to bring to your table. I arrived and they didn’t notice and started taking to go orders because they are not organized enough to welcome you or know who’s next. This place used to be great even when it was packed. I guess it depends on who’s working ? Some of the workers try their best and others simply don’t care. Today was the last day I will be coming in. The same thing happened…. Then we ordered sandwiches and they used old bread it was so stale we couldn’t even eat them. I am not sure why the last few visits keep getting worse. We decided we are not going to be customers anymore. After being someone who goes often. My recommendation is to get organized when people walk thru the door and be attentive. The workers make it so awkward. It feels weird to sit there wondering if someone saw you or if you’re getting a menu without 7 to go orders going in front of you. I’m sad the food quality went down they used to be my favorite sandwiches.

Amazing authentic puertorican food bakery, with great tasting food. If you close your eyes you feel you are in PR, amazing experience for a traditional food experience.

Very DISAPPOINTED on Rico Rico bakery. They ALWAYS serve a good portion of meal and today this is what I got!!! When I told the girl the portion was TOO SMALL she said oh that’s how it is!!! No I have been here many times but very upset today!!!
I had been coming at least once or twice a week for lunch but just lost me 🙁

Very disappointed especially for a Bakery purchase. The pastries were overcooked and dry. Would not recommend.

The atmosphere was cozy and cute. But was too crowded i mean it was like a can of sardines. Why even place tables if you can’t move around them freely. They should do away with the tables and have a few 2 seater high tops. And do a buffet pickup line. It would make to where they could get customers in and out. The servers could barely fit behind the food bar. Constantly bumping into each other. I got flustered and left. But they want to carry a full on menu plus bakery in a small space that if you put 20 customers is pushasing capacity.
