While the place inside is clean, it’s equally as dead.
Not to say it’s a bad thing, service was quick as I only waited 10 minutes for an entire chicken which fed 3-4 people.
For 30 dollars, it’s not bad. Still, I feel like those $30 couldn’ve been spent better elsewhere.

I was in the area and found this in a browser search. There were not many people so I was very confused about why it took so long for the order to be ready. The green chili on the smothered chicken burrito was good. I was surprised! Are how $$$ the options were. Food tasted good but it seemed a little bit pricey. I won’t go out of my way to visit again.

When in about 8:40, purchased a whole chicken, my total was 35.74. I passed my card, and was waiting to sign my receipt, but wasn’t given a copy. I took off, since i have never had a problem, i checked my account and saw two transactions for the same amount from them. I called and told the lady, she was rude and i told her i wasn’t given a receipt, she literally argued with me that i was given one, which i wasn’t. She toñd me they were about to close, and that to go in tomorrow to talk to the manager. I asked her to note that i had only purchased one whole chicken, and she refused and continued to argue about the receipt that was never given to. Please avoid this place if possible! I saw someone else on here comment they have unauthorized transactions. Juan’s super pollo on Peoria is way better and not burnt!

I had the quarter white chicken (pollo blanco). It was yummy. My son and I were able to split it, and it was enough to feed us both. I’ll definitely be going back. I found the staff to be friendly and speedy.

Employees were a bit weeded, so the food was on the slow side. Good value for the money; I got 7 corn tortillas, rice, beans, a quarter chicken, vegetables, and multiple salsas.
The good: lots of extras; red salsa, green salsa, corn salsa, and pickled onion. Counter service was friendly and accommodating, switching to English when my bad Spanish was obvious. The chicken was very good. A lot of food for the price.
The bad: slow food prep (~20 minutes for a quarter rotisserie chicken). Relatively small chickens.
The ugly: I was asked if I had a dollar by two different non-customers while inside the restaurant.
Conclusion: good value if you’re close, but not worth a trip if you’re not local

I love Rico Pollo, but this location is the first time I came and it’s the last time I will ever come. I came in order smothered. Burrito took them 20 minutes to give me my smothered Burrito two people behind me order one order one chicken and a half the other lady ordered some wings. They got their orders and I still didn’t get my order. I didn’t get an I’m sorry for the delay or anything. They’re just ignore me and that’s a horrible service. I’m never coming back again. Specific location.
