I don’t generally leave reviews, but this place deserves it! It’s definitely my new favorite local spot. It was extremely fresh, the portions were very generous and the seasoning was incredible. Sauces seemed to be made in house. It was definitely authentic Mexican food, and everyone was so friendly. You won’t be disappointed!

Honestly this is my new favorite spot! Ever since moving to Paris I’ve missed my chipotle and qdoba, but this is very similar maybe even better considering the portion sizes for the price! I will def be eating here again also there is patio seating and it’s very clean!

Great selection of tasty & fresh taco / burrito fillings. We had chile rojo corn taco, pastor flour taco, chicken Gordita, & tamale. All delicious! Highly recommend this Mexican grill.

Excellent food & service. The Tacos are the best deal on the menu and they are plentiful when it comes to fillings. I tried the Steak, Grilled Chicken and the Pastor, all three were great. Highly recommended, I will dine there again should I be in the Paris area.

Copycat of chipotle/qdoba honestly…. After figuring out the position to get into and getting the order going it went ok, multiple people trying to communicate languages between loading your food stations was odd…. To the food, the salad honestly was the best thing, loaded with chicken and beans and veggies was nice…. Tacos were average, tried corn and flour tortillas and both were average at best, chicken and carne asada both seemed a little dry and maybe a little old? Sitting out a little long possibly… Red rice was easily day or days old, firm and dry…. Beans were actually pretty good… They have a mini salsa bar and I guess they want to to add that to your food right after you pay as they don’t have little salsa cups nor did they want to give them out when they were asked , didn’t understand that…. Then cases of soda and big boxes were in the way to try and sit…. I’ll never be back but I gave them a shot, I would recommend the sit down with service Mexican restaurant on the way out of town to lex

I’m hesitant to try a new restaurant with little reviews, but we wanted to venture out. I was pleasantly surprised by pricing, presentation and flavor. You can build your own burrito, quesadilla, bowl or salad. They also have traditional items. The steak and chicken were excellent. Quesadilla was fire . Didn’t see the tamales on menu until after, will try next time. Great service, good atmosphere, authentic and will put this on my list for go-to’s.

This is set up as kind of a “fast casual” burrito place like Chipotle or Qdoba, but it’s a local venture, and it absolutely destroys the chains in quality and value. I’m partial to carnitas, and they have maybe the best I’ve ever had. Service is fast and courteous, the food is delicious and obviously made with love, and prices are reasonable.
