Ordered 1/2 dzn of blue crabs, 1 lbs of Dungeness, and 1 lbs of snow crab to go. Cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. 10/10 recommend!

We ordered cooked seafood to go for our annual Seafood Feast at our hotel in Wildwood. The blue claw crabs were awesome…meaty and cooked to perfection. We also ordered clams on the half shell, steamed clams, fried calamari and peel- and-eat shrimp which were fresh and extremely tasty. Also grabbed potato salad and coleslaw which were both excellent. The prices were very reasonable, much cheaper than going to any seafood restaurant. We picked up our order and brought it back to our hotel where we spread a disposable table cloth on one of the picnic tables outside our room, put on comfy clothes and ate til we were stuffed! LOL
Be sure to order your crabs in advance…at least 2 or 3 days ahead of time. We were in Wildwood from the Thursday prior to Labor Day until the Tuesday after. We called on Thursday for a Saturday evening order and we were almost too late. Rick’s is more of a seafood market rather than an eat-in restaurant, so be prepared.

Surprised when Ricks turned out to be take out only. But the food smelled so good we decided to bring it back to our hotel, 5 miles away
Sautéed seafood combo, onion rings, coleslaw and sautéed scallops and shrimp with baked potato and coleslaw were wonderful. We ordered and sat outside on benches overlooking a boating body while we waited 35 minutes and it flew by.
It was packaged beautifully and all arrived safe after the car ride in the trunk. There are 2 picnic tables outside for those that want to eat right away.
Counter lad, a very pleasant young man, Mike, added to the pleasant experience.

Nice outdoor seating area. Not to loud with music. Good is really good. Recommend the lobster grilled cheese, shrimp tostadas and deviled eggs
My wife said the soft shelled crab sandwich was really good as well
The cocktails are really good. Though I wouldn’t garnish the one I got with shredded coconut. That just seemed weird when drinking. The drink itself was really good.

I am embarrassed to say I’ve been down the shore every year of my life and just finally found Rick’s. Fantastic seafood platters. My husband and I got 2 of the broiled scallops and shrimp, shrimp coctail, and the lobster bisque. Made better than any overpriced sit down restaurant. We went back to buy crab sauce, lobster tails, and crab mac and cheese to make at home. Each and every item was top quality. I cannot say enough good things, and will definitely be back in the summer.

Delicious fresh seafood – sorry we did not return for today’s lunch. Two quiet picnic tables were shared by four parties during our off-season lunch – which was well worth the wait. Best fried flounder and scallops I can remember. Excellent coleslaw, not terribly sweet and flavored with celery seed. Had shrimp cocktail (fresh and cold, sold by the piece/per pound) while we waited. Will remember this meal for a long time. Thanks, Rob!

Came here off-season and accidentally showed up just 10 mins before closing! We would have understood not serving us since they were already cleaning up. They were so friendly and went out of their way to cook up 2 crab cakes for us to-go. Came with yummy fries, coleslaw, and dips (ketchup, tartar sauce, etc). They were delicious, with tons of crab in them! Thank you so much for going out of your way for us! 🙂 we will absolutely be returning!

best seafood i’ve had in all of new jersey, and i’ve tried a lot. i live in toms river, will come back to wildwood specifically for this food sometimes, it was that good. really kind people working there too. most generous portions for the price i’ve ever had also, i was actually stuffed by the end of it and still had onion rings. the seaweed salad is on point too.
