I moved here from Kansas City (BBQ capital of the world) my girl kept telling me how good this bbq is. I thought to myself, there is no way a little bitty truck out of independence ks could even compare. After trying it, I must say it is one of my top 3 bbq places I have ever had. I would recommend Rick’s Bbq to anyone and can’t wait to have my family from Kansas City try it for themselves.

I am 35 years old and have NEVER eatin from a food truck. But today I was like what the heck I’m going to see what this one’s all about. The gentlemen was super nice, he was quick to give me option’s to decide from *because I was totally clueless lol”, and he GUARANTEED the food was going to be AMAZING. Well I was still skeptical but I wanted to try the food to see if it was going to be a first experience of greatness or not. He got my food within minutes of me paying and then I was on my way to Bartlesville. Oh My Gosh if y’all haven’t been to this food truck yet it’s an ABSOLUTE MUST!!!!!! The food was DELICIOUS and the homemade BBQ Sauce was FANTASTIC!!!! I wish i could give this food truck more than 5 stars!!!! It was a 35 year wait WORTH waiting for!!!! I will most DEFINATELY be back!!!!!!
