So I placed my order which included 2 hamburger combos and as I pulled up to the window I seen the lady who took my order throw the French fries that were in the basket sitting there for who knows how long back into the fryer, I specifically asked her to please not give me those refried French fries meantime Im watching she steps to the side thinking I can’t see her and shes scooping up the fries n resulting them n puts it in my bags. I told her these are recooked she stated ok have a nice day. Nope I told her you will get a bad review from me and I will not recommend you to anyone..she closed her window n waited for the person behind me. I have been coming to Ricks since I was a teenager…what happened to them? New owner maybe? Anyhow will be my last time there…I feel like calling the health dept…

Drive thru speaker doesn’t work most of the time, pull forward and try to call an order in while in the drive thru and no one picks up, meanwhile the employee seems very chatty with the person in their turned off car in the very front of the drive thru. This place has slipped so much in recent years. Food is still good if you can ever place an order.

Today I came to this food establishment that I’ve been going to since a little girl, an must I say I’ve never endured such horrible service from a worker there the female working today around 12:50-1pm today her attitude was quite disgusting towards my family, the food as well was poor quality tomatoes were so soft it was disgusting.
