First off the food is a remarkable find for the wonderful town it’s in. Portions are perfect. The restaurant is clean, well groomed and friendly. I have had two of their Italy dishes, enjoy the salads and have hear others rave about the well rounded menu combining Mexican, Italian and South American food. The Cezar salad today was fantastic. What a great way to unwind after a busy week. Oh yes, I will be back!! (Be sure to bring that besty so you’re not dining somewhere wonderful alone!!!!

This place is so yummy. Everything is worth the price and the staff is so sweet! I love coming here after a long day. Their food is made with love and you can tell. The restaurant is also very welcoming. Definitely check this place out!

The food was good and the price is reasonable. I was surprised that they don’t serve a regular American Cheeseburger. My only complaint is I ordered a kids meal for my son and it says the drink is included in the price but they still charged me for my son’s drink. Overall it’s great to have an actual diner here in the small town and it’s a good place to go for a family or friends night out for dinner or any meal. Update: they refunded me for the drink. They are a great and honorable business.

Honestly, if you’re looking for a cute little diner type atmosphere, this is the place to go. The staff is super friendly and you can tell that they are working really hard to get their business going. The meat was very chewy in the dish I got and I couldn’t finish the rest of it, but I’m sure they are always working to improve their dishes. The rest of the dish was wonderful though. The rice, fancy salsa stuff, and beans were very good we’ll be back in the future to give it another try

We had a large group just come through and it was absolutely amazing food!! Everything that came out of the kitchen was divine. The spinach artichoke dip and tater tot appetizers started us off to an amazing start. Then we had the salmon, Parmesan crusted chicken with the ceaser salad, carne asada plate and burgers and they were all so delicious. Don’t skip dessert as their lava cake and churros were soo good! The employees and chef were so kind and gracious too. We will have to find a way to get back here just to eat! Thank you!!

Wow! Expectations greatly exceeded! Last week a group of 8 of us (on a ATV trip from SLC) showed up at 8:40 pm…we were glad Rick’s was open until 9:00. We were treated with kindness and professionalism, no trace of “we’re about to close.” We ordered the salmon dinner…holy smokes!!! We were all blown away! Presented beautifully, cooked perfectly, and served with a smile. Who would have guessed food like that would come from a small town convenience store restaurant! It truly was delicious, reasonably priced, and a lovely surprise. Speaking of surprises, when we went to pay the bill, our waiter told us it had already been paid for by a friendly couple (locals) in an adjoining booth we had chatted with as we waited for our meals. What??? Who does that?? Hooray for good food and generous folks in Emery County! Be sure to stop in and have a meal at Rick’s Cuisine if you’re ever in the neighborhood. ❤️

Before these guys opened I was worried the food would be mediocre because they offer so many types of food and didn’t seem to focus on one thing in particular. But I was wrong to assume! This place does really great on all their entrees! The staff is so friendly and we love having a new place to eat in our small town. Reasonably priced as well.

Could not believe how good the food was here! Seriously some of the best meals we have had. The tater tots starter, the chicken Parmesan, and the churros for dessert must be experienced! Highly recommend!

So DELICIOUS! We got the Carne Asada Fries, Salmon, and Lava Cake. The customer service was great, the portion sizes were perfect, and the prices are very reasonable! We are excited to come back!
