Shrimp tacos. Didn’t come with onions nor tomatoes as expected and told when I called about 10mins prior to arrival. Decent tacos. Shrimp is cut up and felt like I was skimped, as it seemed to equate to about 2 shrimp per taco, whereas anywhere else, the standard is 3.. Trying out different shrimp tacos in the area. Wont return honestly. Completely subpar. Service was quick & excellent though.
Response: what you see is shrimp & cheese, not onions & tomatoes. I did not call in my order, I called to ask what the shrimp tacos entailed and was told it came with onions & tomatoes. I was even asked if I wanted everything on the tacos when I ordered and I said yeah. If everything was just cilantro then I don’t know what to tell ya. Like i said, decent tacos, and the workers were polite just first impressions matter is all. But i probably will return though. Fair pricing and like I said, I only tried one item so I guess it wouldn’t be fair to them to judge them off of that. Could have just been an one off moment so I’ll give another star

I called a few days ahead to ask if they were able to provide tacos in a heart shape for Valentine’s Day. Elizabeth took my order and was very pleasant. I provided the type and amount of tacos and verified a pickup time. Thankfully, they were able to provide what I requested as they were going to a large venue that day. I arrived to pick up my order, and they were nice enough to bring it to my vehicle. I ordered all 5 proteins they had in the tacos. Each taco was delicious and had its own flavor. I will definitely purchase from here again!!!

I didn’t dig it. I’ve had tacos out of trucks all over the country. In true form, it was a 4″ chewy corn shell. Steak or chicken were options but not ground beef. There’s no seasoning on it whatsoever. It was dry and flavorless other than onions. They come with cilantro and lime. That’s it. No cheese, tomatoes, nothing. He did ask what kind of sauce I’d like but I declined assuming it would be too spicy. The nachos had zero cheese. None. Dry meat, chips, steak, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Nice people but this was tasteless.

We rented Ricki’s taco truck for a party at our home in Plymouth, and WOW! They did not disappoint. The food was fantastic. Our guests raved about every offering. Don’t sleep on the street corn. I initially messaged them through Facebook. They were very responsive via text, and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.

Used Ricki’s for our couples bridal shower. Pulled the truck right into the driveway. They were super timely, had a pager system for orders, and everybody at the party couldn’t stop talking about how tasty everything was. They regularly checked in with me via text to make sure they weren’t over doing it with the sales.
They kept a running tab and we paid at the end of the event. Super professional and a great experience all around. We would 100% recommend them.
