Very cool spot to come and chill. Always has been and even today under new ownership, great place to hang out. Energy is everything. So far I’ve enjoyed my birthday ( in a private area), some friend’s birthdays in the VIP lounge, NBA playoffs, some good fights, a billiard game, a comedy night, oh and I sang at Karaoke (on Wednesdays) and, more importantly, some good enjoyed good food and a nice cocktail or 2 after a long day of work during the week.

Excellent service, great food, and beverages. Restaurant is clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable. Restrooms are clean. Plenty of parking space available. Handicap accessible, but not sure about restrooms they are in a tight space. Lots of sports memorabilia. Thanks to Ricky and staff for the hospitality.

Ricky’s Sports Theatre & Grill is the ultimate spot for sports fans! The atmosphere is electric, with tons of screens to catch every game. The food is delicious pub fare, and the drinks are great. It’s the perfect place to cheer on your favorite team with friends. Highly recommend!

For the best catfish and sports in the East bay…come here. I’ve come on 2 separate occasion just to be sure.Service ..amazing…. Lightening struck twice…. delicious has occurred. Oh yeah a DJ kept it bumpin the whole time….mmm mmm mmm Rickey’s. East bay magic…wallahh

My first trip to the iconic Bay Area sports bar, Ricky’s…even though I was born and raised within 30 minutes from it. Shameful.
Bottom line: the service had that very personable, small-town feel you would expect, and the food was both great and a great value! The great thing is, you don’t have to be there to watch sports to eat well and have a wonderful experience.

It’s such a great place to go and watch a football game. So many cool areas to sit and watch, including smaller lounge areas. The crowd was fun and the food was good. There was also a DJ setting up as we were leaving. Will stay longer next time to experience that.
