The food is great if you love burgers this is the most common place to go to and eat burgers for the same price never raises and the workers are polite to their customers. They are really good at remembering who’s first,next, and last in line that amazes me seeing that.

I’ll admit the prices are unbeatable and the service is great. But I hate to say it, you can get a burger patty 3x as big & only a dollar or two more at Burger Barn. I love Rich’s but the label “jumbo burger” is false advertising. Same size as a dollar menu McDonalds patty, but much better tasting. Should offer a $4 or $5 1/3 pound burger and that would be a solid jumbo size with a fitting price for the restaurant.
