Haven’t been here in many years and decided to drop by with some co-workers as we were in the area. This place has never disappointed me! The atmosphere alone is amazing being private outdoor courtyard. The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal! Very good dishes and portions. It’s easy to say this is Tex-Mex at its finest! Highly recommend checking this place out!

***As a native New Mexican & Burqueña *** I can say this is authentic New Mexican food (and this is factual bc I didn’t have to add salt to a single thing I ordered). The lvl 2 green is actually HOT. Made my ears ache but it was delicious. The portions are beyond ridiculous and be aware there is an up-charge for splitting your plate. Twice baked potato for a side is . The prime rib was the best of everything we ordered.

Heard great things about restaurant. Supposedly, very authentic New Mexican food. Probably the closest to New Mexico that we have tried in Arizona, but not quite there. The Chile was not right and not hot enough, but the food was tasty, and the portions were huge. A little bit pricey compared to what you would pay in New Mexico, but not as bad as other Scottsdale restaurants. My wife really enjoyed the margarita. We wishes that they had Pozole, and Sopaipillas. We will try them again.

I went to Richardson’s for my birthday with some friend. We had reservations at 3pm. Some got stuck in traffic so they were late, as a result we stayed at the restaurant longer then expected. Our food was ordered and arrived at our table by about 5pm. By 5:40 we were informed that we had to clear the table by 6pm for other customers. I had never had that happen before. There were other customers leaving, they could have used those tables but instead they were “clearing” us out.

You arrive to complimentary valet. Inside you chose between Richardson’s to the left, Rokerji to the right, and terrace seating between. The atmosphere, food and drink in all three is fantastic. You can only book for groups of 4 or above. But there’s plenty of bar counter space. I particularly recommend the Relleno platter and prickly pear margarita. But everything they serve is high end. Arrive hungry. Or expect to leave with food.

I had some amazing food. When you arrive at the restaurant there is no front desk and is very confusing. No hostess so I kind of wandered over to the bar because that was the only place with workers. Sat at the bar and it was alright. The constant F words from everyone made the meal and atmosphere horrible. I was going to give them 1 star but decided to bump it to two because of the food. I would recommend the enchiladas which were amazing. I really liked the smoked turkey. It did take a little bit of time to come out but it was hot and ready. They only have soda I. The can so I decided to get the water. Right before I was about to pour my self some water the bar tender that has been grabbing everyone’s cups and not washing his hands decided to man handle my water because I’m assuming that I don’t know how to open a water bottle. Kind of unprofessional. I didn’t dare to drink the water after that. Trying to pay my bill was harder than I thought. Just as an FYI they put a receipt in a shot glass infront of you and they don’t tell you. So when you ask for your bill the bartender becomes kind of a jerk. The best people I interacted with was the valets and the lady bartender. The valets were professional and great to work with. Tips highly encouraged for them. I don’t think I will go back. Food was great but the service was not good

The most amazing steak ever!! You could cut it with a butter knife …. Sooo tender! We had the NY steak with crabmeat on top absolutely the best steak I have ever eaten! The wait time was long but worth it . We had a large party so I’m not holding it against them . My daughter took us and had recommended this place . It’s her go to for steak . Guess what … it is now my go to place for an excellent steak! It was so good I don’t think I’ll even try anything else on the menu at least for awhile! We will have to check out the desert menu next time….

Richardson’s is perfection! This has been on my bucket list (yup, I’m from Albuquerque!) for ages and finally found the time to visit. I’m so glad that I did. As soon as I entered, I felt like I’d been transported to Santa Fe, Taos, or Chimayo. The décor nails it. The service is exceptional. Our server Keeler was flawless with her delivery. The menu is entrancing. Truly, if I lived closer, this would be my go-to.

Seth makes the best signature drinks in this hideaway basement bar! I love the cozy dark look, with a couple of booths, fireplace seating, lengthy bar counter space/ stools.. soothing mellow music and friendly bartenders!
